    @airtelindia looks like your customer service is a fraud. I had raised a service request to get the remote control fixed. But the person who came charged us Rs150/- more. They told me excess amount would be credited back into my DTH account within 4 days. No response.(1/2)

    I have verified my email thought the App however the Cus-Care is just fooling me since 3 days for the verification of email, I want my Esim and I request them to help me Asap. Also, I hate the 121 experience @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day 6 and my issue 136341196 with internet has not been resolved, which is under 6 months advanced plan I paid for in advance. Where as @JioCare has given me a new connection in less than two hours. Very pathetic service and lack of accountbility 👎🏼
