    Utterly disappointed by the incompetency of the company, even after paying for installation of airtel fiber more than 20 days back and escalating the issue through customer service. There is no response or effort in installing the connection. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is total inequality that data pack and recharge amount is same all over in #India but when it comes to net speed that time it doesn't matter. You should provide same internet speed or you just ask that money which is suitable to your network speed. It's shameful for you.

    @airtelindia You may disconnect my connection and return three month advance. Atleast 3 people came within 1 hr for installing new connection as it generates revenue but nobody responding to complaint. In fact first complaint was closed without anyone attending to it. It is unlike Airtel.
