@airtelindia @VittalGopal @Airtel_Presence I have Airtel copper Wifi connection since 2017, I upgraded to Fiber through app in Jan 2022. It charged me but never Updated at my home. 50+ Calls to cx service,20+ emails but no resolution. My 6320Rs are stuck. It's hard earned money🙏🏻

@AshwiniVaishnaw @Airtel_Presence ,@airtelindia Poor Unstable indoor network coverage in Khirki Extension,Malviya Nagar. Multiple call drop,can't use internet. No resolution after multiple complaints. If they can't provide proper network in Delhi-NCR, what'ld we expect from them for rest of India
