@Airtel_Presence Done, now also not working. I'm fed up of this hit and trial method. I've stated several times, a demand a field officer to visit my place! Please @airtelindia get it done. 26th July to 22 Aug, hell lot of time to provide a simple assistance.

I bought a new airtel broadband connection 3 months back. Since then, I’ve been regretting my decision. The wifi stops working after every 3-4 days and everytime I contact the customer care and they fix the problem and promise that the same won’t happen again. @airtelindia (1/n)

@airtelindia Airtel services are getting pathetic complaint no 10108463996 lodged around 6.46 am not resolved even after 12 hrs whereas the file is closed without resolution. Really pathetic.
