@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am airtel user,and on 4/2/2020 I have done and recharge of rs 48 through @airtelbank to get 3GB per day upto my ongoing packs expire But I didn't get any benefit and I am unable to contact with customers support. Will you plz help or are a fraud

@JuhiiChauhan @airtelindia Yes it's true we are facing the network issue i force to install more tower but they can't do any resolution. Airtel only says to check your handset setting but they don't accepted there. Falt . So we are trying to port out but the msg didn't send so i am now going to close it

@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence has no one to listen to customer's problems. Call centre representatives behave rudely and are adamant. Local office in ahmedabad has no attitude to solve any issues. Changing my Xtreme connection to jio. Second time post.
