@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am airtel user,and on 4/2/2020 I have done and recharge of rs 48 through @airtelbank to get 3GB per day upto my ongoing packs expire But I didn't get any benefit and I am unable to contact with customers support. Will you plz help or are a fraud

@airtelindia has a very good option in #airtelthanks app, when your internet is not working you can troubleshoot from app. Isn’t it awesome? But I am little surprised that when internet isn’t working how I will open #airtelthanks app ? Can someone let me know how it is possible?

Hello @airtelindia! On 14th Jan I cancelled my Broadband connection & I got reply that I will get refund under 45 day, but 2 months have passed now, but after trying to reach you out,you guys are ignoring us & forcing me to complaint in consumer forum.Kindly look into the matter.
