    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am airtel user,and on 4/2/2020 I have done and recharge of rs 48 through @airtelbank to get 3GB per day upto my ongoing packs expire But I didn't get any benefit and I am unable to contact with customers support. Will you plz help or are a fraud

    I have a jio and an airtel connection. I reported similar problems with both. @airtelindia did everything to resolve it while @JioCare blamed me for the problem.

    Post consumption of daily data quota offered in MRPs 199, 219, 249, 279, 289, 297, 298, 349, 398, 399, 448, 449, 497, 499, 558, 598, 599, 647, 698, 2498, 2698 customer will be able to use unlimited data at throttle speed of upto 64kbps. This statement is on @airtelindia t&c.

    I'm experiencing the worst internet speed in my area. Why this is happening. I've switched to Airtel for good internet connectivity still not getting that. speed <10kbps. I'll be thinking to port my sim Card to another if this will not be resolved. @AirtelPresence @airtelindia

    @AyanAcharya9 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They try to understand understand understand again and again but no RESOLUTION will come except disconnection. Your deposit will also be swallowed if you are a postpaid customer. Airtel is now on looking for more advance money. Expect the unexpected from them always.
