@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am airtel user,and on 4/2/2020 I have done and recharge of rs 48 through @airtelbank to get 3GB per day upto my ongoing packs expire But I didn't get any benefit and I am unable to contact with customers support. Will you plz help or are a fraud

@airtelindia your network in Varanasi has ruined whole day. Since morning, no one can get data speeds here. It costed a friend of mine his departmental exam in private company for relying on your network. I've had gold membership since 3 years now you're making it irritating.

Please don't take Airtel at all due to it's worst network nowadays, because 4g becomes 2g when it reaches near validity, atleast before 3-4 days and normally it works the same intermittently. So switch to Vodafone or other network for better performance.@airtelindia @airtelindia

@airtelindia Your service will never improve after advance monthly rental. My service has stopped working what kind of a fraud is this. You don't bother to inform customers if there is a fiber cut .Airtel is always a fraud !
