@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am airtel user,and on 4/2/2020 I have done and recharge of rs 48 through @airtelbank to get 3GB per day upto my ongoing packs expire But I didn't get any benefit and I am unable to contact with customers support. Will you plz help or are a fraud

In our own villege Jaitpur block, Piprauli district, Gorakhpur,for the last two months, the serious problem of the @airtelindia network is facing a lot of public problems. During difficult times, the voice is not reaching the phone,which please be disposed of as soon as possible.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the request was raised on 30th Oct 2020 and after lot of follow ups you customer service initiated the process and when the SIM cards were exchanged number is not activated. After two months this issue is still not closed...not appreciated
