    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am airtel user,and on 4/2/2020 I have done and recharge of rs 48 through @airtelbank to get 3GB per day upto my ongoing packs expire But I didn't get any benefit and I am unable to contact with customers support. Will you plz help or are a fraud

    @airtelindia Hey Airtel team plz. Lookout in my area network coverage . We can't use internet . Plz fix the problem . tower booster damge ho gya hai 5 din se network nhi aa rha hai .

    Really frustrated with @airtelindia @AirtelFiber . I stay in SEZ area in Pune and facing frequent call drops. Forget about network speed, It shows 5G but can't even load a webpage. Customer care giving same update from months that they are working on it.

    @airtelindia I have raised my complaint of NO internet connectivity on 16/03 with Airtel Customer Service and they are asking me to wait till March 31 to resolve my issue. Is it fair that a customer has to wait beyond 72 Hrs. When I speak to Customer Service they disconnect my calls. Pathetic
