@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am airtel user,and on 4/2/2020 I have done and recharge of rs 48 through @airtelbank to get 3GB per day upto my ongoing packs expire But I didn't get any benefit and I am unable to contact with customers support. Will you plz help or are a fraud

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hey Airtel, Not sure whats really wrong with your service Even after upgrading the service to optic fibre am experiencing intermittent connectivity issues and there is no improvement in internet speed Broadband line is also down.

@airtelindia hey Airtel my broadband is down past 3 days in Jaipur, no one is lending ears to my problems neither customer care nor the nearest Airtel store to my house, so either fix the issue or take back your showpiece router box. Enough is enough !!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A simple issue has given us harassment for MONTHS now. I am surprised a company like yours can be so inefficient. Been asking the customer care for MONTHS now to deactivate the static ip and yet every MONTH it is added to the bill.
