@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am airtel user,and on 4/2/2020 I have done and recharge of rs 48 through @airtelbank to get 3GB per day upto my ongoing packs expire But I didn't get any benefit and I am unable to contact with customers support. Will you plz help or are a fraud

@airtelindia @DoT_India #DoT India, please make some law through which a service provider who is not having capabilities to resolve customer complaints, should not be allocate new spectrum. Only by making advertisement of 'zero complaints' in media, does not mean they are good network service provider.

@airtelindia & @Airtel_Presence We have more than 20 post paid Airtel SIMs and 10+ Airtel SIMs at our location and i have been complaining about poor network to Airtel Store since months. So far nothing improved, will you look into it or should we dump Airtel?

@airtelindia you have lost a customer.. there is no satisfactory resolution to the issue so far. 121 calls were being redirected to IVR just now I was able to connect to support person who asked if there is a SR. How to open a SR when you won't let us. SAD
