    @reliancejio such a pathetic service, entire area is suffering due to your pathetic service and stupid fluctuating network. I am in village-kuari madan, ward no.6, Sitamarhi 843332. We have finally decided to switch to @airtelindia. No. Is in mass , more than 10k people.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews been trying to reach customer care for the last 5 days to request a WiFi shift, but every time I select the option, the call disconnects with “we are experiencing difficulties.” The app also gets stuck at a step and won’t proceed. Please assist urgently.

    @airtelindia My airfiber is giving less than 10mbps, none of your customer service number are picking up calls, phone numbers given on Airtel thanks app are dead and not in use, 24x7 chat help is useless as I have raised this issue 10 times and no one shows up. Please fix this

    And, as ever, the grand response is “please DM your details”—as though the issue hasn’t already been performed repeatedly in public. No ownership, no resolution, just a rather elegant exercise in sidestepping. Quite bizarre, and increasingly tiresome. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 1. #airtel is the most pathetic company in the service industry these days. I raised 2 request to unbundle black plan and cancel the WiFi shift request but even after almost 15 days these guys don't have any solution, other than just lie. #fraud

    The ****** service is still down. @JioCare send someone to take away this **** box. Repeated failures, no resolution, and tickets being put “on hold” without my consent. This is beyond frustrating. Worst experience with @reliancejio. Want to switch now, how is @airtelindia?

    @airtelindia Why in todays day and age i have to visit airtel store for activating an e-sim. Its been 6 hrs and i am not able to make calls and e sim status is stuck on activating. If airtel is not capable to handle e sim transfer then lets not offer e sim service.
