@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The connection was active for a while and then again got disconnected. Issues are highlighted for long term resolutions; not for booster doses that last for a few minutes As stated earlier, the outages are frequent & are not getting resolved promptly Request help

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why is there no option for closing a plan or connection on your app? Also on calling 121 it goes to best deals. How can I talk to a customer service human and register a request for closure of my One Airtel DTH+2 mobiles plan and close the DTH?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised request for shift connection 3 times and not a single time anyone responded. Pathetic services!! Reply ASAP as we need to shift connection urgently. Also, everytime, the customer care books complaint for technical fault which is not the case.
