    @reliancejio I have two active plans. When contacted your service center they are of the opinion it’s your mistake why did you do it. So if a customer makes a mistake can’t Jio rectify that? Is this how you provide service? No wonder why people are still sticking to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia After many complain and communication still network problem is same. Please do not choose Airtel if you want better telecommunications services.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to disconnect my broadband connection so called your customer care. After discussing with me about 10 minutes, the guy said, my supervisor is not available and he will take the request so I am arranging a call back.

    @airtelindia I have been continuously calling your customer care for many days to shift my broadband connection. Everytime they tell me that someone will call and the issue will be resolved in 8 hours. If the issue is not resolved by tomorrow I have to look for alternatives
