@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence THERE IS A SERIOUS NETWORK ISSUE IN MUMBAI 400014 AREA SINCE PAST 3 MONTHS. THERE IS ONLY 20% NETWORK REACH. COMPLAINTS IN STORE DONT YIELD ANY RESULTS. PLZ RECTIFY ASAP AS WFH IS AFFECTED SEVERELY DUE TO NETWORK ISSUES AND SLOWER INTERNET SPEEDS.

I got an Airtel xstream 5G service today. After 5 days, these people responded and that too after taking the money. Even after registration, the WiFi doesn’t work that too on the first day. Such a disgraceful and awful first day experience with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

So @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have removed ‘Press 9 to speak to our customer care’ There is no option to raise a complain on a bill which has charged me 62% more than my usual.
