    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio Dont you think there should be a mechanism to penalisethe ISPs in favour of customer if the promised speed isnt provided. The customer is always billed fully for the month without getting compensated for downtimes and low speeds

    @airtelindia Being an Airtel Customer since last 9 years holding many postpaid and prepaid connections, It's been a month I am facing calls and internet issue at multiple locations tried to take help from support but failed. If issue still persist than have to port my services.
