  @airtelindia last month m change operator only for good internet and calling service but experience is too bad...I knw it's lockdown some problems is valid ..but other operator giving good internet speed nd clear calling at my home hw cn u say that u r no.1. so cheap...

After dealing with your absolutely useless customer service and wasting my time explaining the same issue repeatedly to people at your call centre, I’ve had enough. This is not how you treat paying customers. I will be discontinuing my Airtel Wi-Fi service and, as far as I’m concerned, you won’t be getting another rupee from me. Consider this my final notice. I’m done with Airtel.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi is not working since yesterday. First it was to be restored by 2:00 pm 19 Aug, now update to be provided by 7:30 pm 19 Aug. There is no point asking customer for slot. When is it going to be restored as the work is getting severely impacted.

  What scam is this @airtelindia? There was NO network at all today in Morabadi, Ranchi since 1 PM. I did a 5G recharge but still face 4G issues daily. This is a high priority area in the city. And customer care is just a useless AI loop. Pathetic service. @Airtel_Presence
