    @airtelindia last month m change operator only for good internet and calling service but experience is too bad...I knw it's lockdown some problems is valid ..but other operator giving good internet speed nd clear calling at my home hw cn u say that u r no.1. so cheap...

    @airtelindia am change my vodafone to airtel only for good internet service because your airtel advertisement girl always said no.1 network ....totally GHUT......just waiting for opening of lockdown will change another company..shame on u airtel

    @airtelindia you guys are the worst when it comes to service. I got the premium Airtel corporate plan with the highest speed, but every week, on a fine working day, you guys have some kind of outage and the net will be down, and specially the timings are amazing from 9 to 4.

    @airtelindia I have airfiber already, I booked for iptv, yesterday I was told in call that I can pay via cash to the technician but the Airtel thanks app keeps asking for payment to continue. It’s really disappointing I am waiting for the technician from yesterday. Hope u help me

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence
