  UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?   @airtelindia your airtel one/black customer care executive are clueless on how to work and talk to customers. No idea on processing requests or checking open requests. How many days it takes to add another number to airtel black?
