@Airtel_Presence Today the network of @airtelindia was totally down & very bad all the day, almost all the phone calls kept dropping frequently/Voice disruption. Internet services r in poor & down condition throughout the day..Is it time to PORT to another network ? #AirtelDown

Two complaints lodged and got resolved without the feedback. I was falsely assured by senior supervisor that he will personally follow up the case and wont let the problem resolve by itself without taking the feedback but it happened both the times @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I wonder how many people are still using the Worlds Worst Network @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stuck in the UAE they deactivated my sim and then after up 15 days they come up with a solution. Send a POA and we will give him new sim in India. Airtel. You are pathetic and ****.

@airtelindia I’m on travel and have already taken the international roaming pack. I’m unable to make/receive calls. VOLTE is already enabled on my phone yet the my airtel app is suggesting to enable. Pathetic this is. Need you to look and help resolve.
