    And still @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence are unable to arrange a call with one of their customers to resolve a problem. Incredible for a TELEPHONE company! It’s been a month!

    @airtelindia Worst service...mobile data is not working and complained one week back. Still issue is not resolved. Customer care responds it's 14 days resolution time. Who can run the business with this timeline? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    This is ridiculous that customer is unavailable to use SMS service by using there account main balance 😠😠.. They have to recharge for any unlimited pack for resume SMS service..So what's the value of account main balance if we are unable to use it?? @TRAI @airtelindia

    I am switching from airtel to vodafone now .. Airtel is worst network in my area . Vodafone is much more faster than any network . This is my second tweet for network issue .They are not even resolving my issue .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    So @Airtel_Presence closed my service request after taking no action on the request, the customer care has no response why request was closed and who closed it, i had requested for a transfer..absolute bizarre how a customer for 5 yrs is treated !! @airtelindia @airtelnews
