    For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.     @airtelindia Extremely frustrated with the pathetic network coverage in my area (PIN: 209601, UP). Ported from Jio to Airtel postpaid expecting better connectivity, but it's turning out to be a massive mistake. Fix this immediately! @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Never take airtel as your broadband partner, kindly prefer jio as when you buy a 6month plan of airtel. Half of the time, internet is not working and after 10 days daily follows if it starts then after 2 days it again stops. Worst customer service #airtel #broadband

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have called multiple times to unbundle my Airtel one plan and was keep on hold for 25 minutes by your customer care. It has one horrible experience for one simple request. Account id 10101022258442. Have been following on these for 5 days now

    @raghav_chadha why don't you take this in the parliament. These @airtelindia guys are looting customer's money even though I have a legitimate time period until expiry

    @airtelindia SINCE LAST 6YEARS Airtel is unable to activate Landline service wheras all other services such as Fiber optic, broadband, xtream tv, cctv, etc.. are available... very disappointedand no on reploes when it will get started... its written in plan still they r not activ

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia count your days. I’m porting to @JioCare as soon as my current recharge expires. I’ve been an Airtel customer for 6 years, but for the past month your 5G speeds have been absolutely terrible.
