    Hey @airtelindia , I am an existing customer for the past 20 years. My first number was from Airtel which still is my number. This needed to be said so that you could take my matter a bit serious. For a loyal customer. I am facing an issue. My other sim is blocked, it's asking for PUK CODE. I can't literally visit a store. Packed schedule. And my Grandfather can't chat with his Broker because we don't remember his number. He's not been able to trade for the whole week. Alot has happened. Help me out man!

    @airtelindia I had a technician visit recently, and the issue was supposedly fixed. The speed was actually good for about 2 hours. After that, it went straight back to the same problem: extremely low internet speeds.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer I'd- 02021856624_wifi I requested disconnection of my AirFiber today, but your representative misled me, took me out OTP claiming it was for disconnection, & instead bundled my Postpaid + AirFiber without my consent. This is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one of the worst automated customer care. Recharged with unlimited 5g package, but base data is consumed even though phone showing 5g network. Will definitely port to @reliancejio as soon as recharge is due on 12 aug

    @airtelindia Worst service! It’s been 4 days and I’m still hearing “today or tomorrow.” No resolution yet. I already ported my mobile number to Jio. If this service continues, I’ll switch my Airtel WiFi to JioFiber too. Complaint: 11037125039

    Over a decade I am a customer of Airtel one 10101034027491. Today I wanted to add a IPTV box but horrified with customer experience. My recordings with customer care will be a case study for @airtelindia . No resolution but created more problems for me. Thanks Mittal ji.

    @AirtelIndia @airtelnews What kind of joke is this? No signal at all, then it comes for 2 minutes, then gone again. Calls don't even go through sometimes. We pay for 5G every month but get 0G service. Fix it immediately or I'm porting my number Dharpally nizamabad 503165
