  UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?   @airtelindia feeling harassed since 5 days. I have bundled package with Airtel black. since 14June DTH not working, complaint no 656947079/656951683.No technician visit planned, no communication from senior executives. Pathetic customer care. Call center 121 ineffective.

  @JioCare my jiofiber in delhi was facing numerous problems Now jio air fiber in punjab also facing disconnection issues Facing such issues on a weekday are not at all acceptable. Please look into it at the earliest otherwise I will be forced to switch to @airtelindia
