    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia One day the person called me from your side, said like pay the outstanding bill of RS.707 through UPI based on their direction. Also I mentioned I don't need anymore. Pls cancel it. But still showing outstanding amount for not using. Even I tried 121, mailed, and airtel app.

    Hello @airtelindia . I have been overcharged for international roaming facilities. Lots of false promises were made by your team to deduct the amount but it didn’t happen. I will be giving up my number if this is not rectified. Regards, from a very old and loyal customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My phone shows full 5G bars, but the data is completely routing through and consuming my daily 4G pack. It's been 4 days now. Your 198 IVR is blocking my calls because data is 100% exhausted. Fix this backend 5G provisioning glitch on my number.

    @airtelindia Your WiFi service has been pathetic for months. I have repeatedly complained about frequent disconnections and raised multiple service requests, but no technician has visited my home. Despite this, I keep receiving messages saying the issue has been resolved. I even lodged a complaint at the nearest Airtel Gallery and they mailed on my behalf, but still no visit and another false "problem solved" message. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer service. Please resolve this urgently.
