    @airtelindia I and a friend of mine requested to discontinue broadband but your customer service put our account on safe custody without even informing about the charges and now I've been charged for that. It was a recorded line, will be raising a complaint in consumer court.

    if #Airtel_Xtremefibre is not available for a whole day due to @airtelindia fault, then why should I not get extra validity beyond their existing validity?? as i pay in advance for a period then i also should get the 100% service during this period. @TRAI should look the matter.

    @airtelindia , it has been more than 4 years using broadband. Req 10047692114 The above request is pending from last 5 days. Airtel was not that bad earlier. Should I look for another service provider in my society OR you people will serious to address this?

    I wonder why these IVR calls never connect in the first place. My @airtelindia wifi frequently stops and when I try calling @airtelindia customer care they never pick the call instead I keep on revolving with IVR calls. Strange service, #unsatisfiedcustomer

    @airtelindia worst customer support I can't able to speak to ur customer executive no option is there. my internet not working for last three days still now not resolved from day 1 they telling wait 48hrs installed before 10days poor customer support

    Seriously @airtelindia you are charging INR 19 for hellotunes where @reliancejio is giving it for free. Thanks in advance I am porting to @reliancejio anyway. You do not have operator video calling features for oneplus phone. **** service.
