  I have 2 connections for @airtelindia . 1:- Airtel Mobile number, 2:- Airtel Hd dish tv. Both have a poor network connection problem. Not working in channel and Also network data suffers. Big poor network in Airtel. So now I think this time for move to other.

  Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I use the airtel Xtreme internet in Ahmedabad, and I've lost my wifi connection at least 10 times in these 2 weeks. Want to know if a resolution is provided or if can I just throw out the modem. This is my worst experience with broadband.

  Hey @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia Your chatbot service is absolutely, heartbreakingly useless on your Airtel thanks app. My data services are down and it is not allowing me to raise a repeat complaint nor does it understand my problem. Please switch back to 90s style caller helpline till you sort this out. Meanwhile I cannot wait till 25th May for my data services to resume ,so please ask someone to contact me urgently.   @Airtel_Presence Problem is half sorted. Disturbance in fixed telephone line still persists. Team resolving internet issue didn't bother for OTP when I said that the problem is not fully resolved. They left promising that the back end team will resolve it by yesterday day end. @airtelindia
