Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

What an horrible service provider you turned out to be @airtelindia . Registered a Xtreme Fiber complaint with you with SR no. 135199924 since 7th august 2021 morning. Go through your timeline for this complaint and you will find what a big messy ****** provider you are.

@airtelindia @VittalGopal Why Airtel lines are dependent on electricity dept poles? Everyday nowadays they cut it and all connections goes off in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 area. And u just send a msg of technical fault. It's ur infra issue, correct it.

@airtelindia From yesterday the service to 9742763938 are stopped. We reached nearest store they also didn't help us. All the calls ,sms are blocked. This we have planned to Port to @reliancejio . Please help us with UPC code for porting from Airtel to Jio.

@JioCare you've become as bad as the other telcos. Voice calls are impossible. Fiber connection speeds suck with frequent drops and difficult to reach customer service. Switched to @airtelindia Fiber. And use Vi India with wi fi calling. You flattered to decieve.
