  Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

  @Airtel_Presence In this Vasai-Virar flood like situation @airtelindia is totally dead, despite my yearly plan & monthly Wi-Fi. Regretting my choice! Thankfully @reliancejio is working fine—had to buy a 3-day Jio data pack just to get online & complain about Airtel’s terrible service.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Xtreme Wifi in Powai not working since yesterday. No help from the customer care app either, and no notice as to when the connection will be back up.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been 7 days, and my Airtel Xstream Fiber is still not restored. This has been one of the most disappointing customer support experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve followed up countless times, but all I receive is same response with out resolution.

  @airtelindia A simple issue leads to talking to chat bots which have no answers beyond a workflow. Life was so much easier 15 years back calling 121, talking to someone and getting issue resolved asap. **Note the support team at centers are polite and helpful, this is not about them.**
