    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

    @Airtel_Presence Already contacted on DM and now you are redirecting to WhatsApp which redirects to App which doesn't resolve any issues. @airtelindia is a scam machine.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service by Airtel. Despite being a premium customer of Airtel and having Enterprise accounts with more than 50 connections, the company is not taking efforts to resolve the network issue in our area. We have made the complaint thousands of times but no support received.

    @airtelindia taken broadband yesterday and today it's gone. Is it because Airtel is so big that customer problem doesn't seems to be the problem as i have raised concern almost 6 hrs back and not resolved yet. #AirtelDown #airtelthanks

    @airtelindia installation pending at my residence since Saturday ie 18th feb. Complaint ID not shared. No support from customer care sales person is blaming installation team and vis e versa , promise to call back however nobody calls. Is there a way I can opt out
