Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

In my experience, when I paid for the broadband service on 19 Sep. Some guys came and put the broadband cable on my house but after that they just blocked my number redirect me to other airtel offices for support but the same thing happened again.[1] @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Do not recharge for the plans Airtel offers you free 1 year Hotstar. They fake this and ask you to recharge with higher amount comparitvely and Hotstar does not give you the benefit. Then when we call Airtel they ask us to talk to Hotstar as it's not their issue.

Airtel is the worst network then any other have! Really i feel pity those who use Airtel sim cards including me unfortunately.Porting from VI to airtel is the biggwst mistake of my whole life. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews please help you're customer care is worst
