Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

Never buy a Xtreme fiber connection, especially in Hyderabad. Service is super bad,no one will come for connection, they will make you pay and then make you beg for your own money. You won't get help from customer care from any medium.@airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I am paying same amount like other customers in main cities. But I am not getting proper network. Many times I need to go to terrace to get the network. If you can’t provide better service on same price. Then don’t support you network in such areas.

@airtelindia recently I approached to Airtel fiber to know when they can provide service to my area. After telling them postal code they simply said no. They said Airtel fiber won’t be available in that area because it doesn’t comes under municipal. Bravo Airtel
