Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

Ystdy situation became worse, when even call couldn't connect through Airtel network. Internet is down from last 3 mths. They claim to best. Yes, they are best in worst. #AirtelDown #airtelthanks @airtelindia Switching to jio now.
