    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

    @Airtel_Presence Payment done on 27th that is Saturday and today is 31st Wednesday. More than 3 days your incompetent team is still looking into the matter. Is there any dead line for resolution? If not then please refund my money. 1st impression of @airtelindia is pathetic and horrible.
