Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

@airtelindia Worst service.. they shows different combo plans and when you purchase they charge for the individual plans only. Even when call to Customer care they keep the phone on hold and then disconnect the call. wana pay extra then purchase Airtel Black

@airtelindia The way you guys are focusing on 5G same attention can be provided to mediocre speed of 4G. My complaint of slow data speed at my location is still unaddressed.
