Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

@BlackenHeart07 @airtelindia I have been using their service, so I didn't have to pay anything. I was actually scared because in the app section, the tentative date for the fix was being show as Feb 14. But the guys came over in less than 2 hours I believe. Thanks to @thetymonbay for helping with this

@airtelindia The last message was just that we are trying to reach you . My broadband connection which I had requested to transfer from pune to nagpur has been pending since two months .only fake service tickets and assurances .it is pathetic that I have made the advance rental payment .
