    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

    @airtelindia I ported to your network now, but I found one issue, when 4+is showing the internet speed drops. Can u please check this issue.

    @airtelindia WTF is wrong with your broadband service? Why do these unscheduled technical problems happen only on weekends? This is the 2nd consecutive week now. And your customer care folks are clueless. I pay to get a decent service not this second rate one that you have.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @PMOIndia Don't choose Airtel Service.. Their Support is worst. Literally I lost my 12yeras business because of Airtel they are not able to handle SIM replacement I can't visit Airtel store because of COVId.

    @airtelindia I went to the Airtel store rajendra nagar Bareilly to get my number ported to Airtel . But as per the store person they can only port my number if I opt for Airtel Postpaid and not to Airtel prepaid because prepaid portal is not working. Is it true?

    @Airtel_Presence Yes, you are always there only retweet & to call back but not to rectify the problem. Local team is solved with in 5 minutes. You can ask them how to solve the customer problems.@airtelindia
