    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

    @airtelindia My internet is not working since last one week, no action has been taken since last then, I have switched to Airtel bcoz of the service but unfortunately this is very poor and third class service by Airtel. Service request number 135622230 Can I expect a resolution??

    @airtelindia been experiencing issues with xstream fiber almost every month. Every month the modem loses link and after registering a complaint, there's always a delay of 1-2 days after the promised time of resolving the issue. Problem is never sorted on time, can't work properly
