    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The indoor coverage service at Chromepet (Chennai) area is very poor. With one or two bars and the 4G suddenly becomes a 2G. Calling customer service is a pain as we hear answers like signal will be boosted with no luck. Pls address this soonest.

    @airtelindia How does one talk to customer care? Your IVR doesn’t even list an option. Waiting for ~48hrs and your field staff has been going back and forth at random after saying they’ll be at location on Fri at 4pm #nothanksapp

    @airtelindia how many time you will cheat ? Yes it’s happened again with me. I am using airtel brod band since more than year @999 per month. It was promised by Airtel that no charge for additional benefits. Why are you charge RS 999 for amazon service ???

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Fiber Broadband not working (Chennai) for 48+ hours now. Talked to customer support and they had no clue when it was likely getting restored! They give the usual spiel that 'someone' is working on it! Do you realize we work from home now?
