Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

Disappointed with airtel postpaid services, I am a NRI customer using family plan, without my consent my plan was upgraded, my monthly bill gets added with extra charges every-time, i desperately want to take this fraudulent practice to consumer court and TRAI. @airtelindia
