    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

    @airtelindia @JM_Scindia Airtel helpline is so fc..ked up. I complained of no network issue & tey asked me 2 connect via mobile data. Gave me an option 2 connect via wifi & then the bot replied tat mobile data is not wrking, can't do anything. Seriously! Like I didn't knw tat.

    Thank you Airtel for proving that good network and customer service still exist. Jio keeps making big claims, but what’s the use if calls don’t connect and the internet struggles? Focus on improving the network, not just increasing users.@reliancejio @airtelindia @JioCare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence idk what is the intension of keep on removing useful data packages and adding stupid high charge packs. Now I can't find 1.5GB/day for 84 days at 799 rs. What in the world are you doing looting customers?!?!?

    Dear @airtelindia, We have been facing extremely poor mobile data network connectivity in our area for last 3 days. Internet speed is very slow and service has become almost unusable.If the problem is not fixed soon,I will be forced to port my number to another network provider.

    @airtelindia why is your service continuously going from bad to worse to horrible to terrible! #9825457113 always had problems with abrupt connectivity disruption. Now since 2 days both the network and mobile data are mostly down. Kindly restore proper service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when you can’t fix it, at least provide the process for disconnection. That’s the very least you can do after offering such frustrating and pathetic service

    Yet, I need to place a wifi extender in my bedroom to get proper signal from the main @airtelindia router. We must be doing something right.
