    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

    @airtelindia it's been more than 24 hours since the wifi outage in my area. No resolution at all. My work is struggling because of your incompetence. However, there's no outage in all the promotional SMS for your ****** streaming service which streams soft porn for free btw.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paying for broadband, getting downtime. Nearly 6 hours of daily maintenance is not done & reflects complete lack of service reliability. I wd be more than happy to change my connection to a local vendor if this frustration continues. 01118090432_wifi

    @airtelindia Faced multiple disconnections on xtream fiber this month, eventually had to go with another WiFi service. Please disconnect my connection, and also discount the bill amount by the in serviceable days.. do it asap.

    @airtelindia or downgrading from postpaid WiFi to prepaid an absolute nightmare, because you’ve convinced yourselves that exhausting and frustrating customers is an effective business strategy. How pathetic must your service be that you have to weaponize inconvenience just to squeeze money?

    @Airtel_Presence Day 6 - No call from agent yet. Internet still not working. When will this be solved? I will wait till tomorrow and file a case in consumer court and get the compensation. @airtelindia @airtel_presence

    @airtelindia The number +91 97737 17007 was removed from my Airtel Family Plan and has been deactivated for nearly 2 months.I am still being billed for it. There seems to be no way to get support without visiting a store. Please look into this and resolve the incorrect charges.

    @airtelindia Your service quality has been deteriorating day by day. There are now complete service blackouts in my area every time the power goes out. I'm not sure if this is related, but does every tower have a backup power supply?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Highly pathetic services by AIRTEL-Xsafe division, though TAT shared 24-48 hours, it's already three days now, technical issue not resolved, not even a single call back despite two follow up interactions done with "xsafe customer care" !! Pls awake!
