    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

    (5/7) he says who is customer care to advise. Wow @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , that's so good. The rudeness, negative atmosphere was visible at store. No reason given for WHY SIM STOPPED WORKING ? Do you STILL WANT TO BE WITH AIRTEL. DECIDE URSELF

    Today I had the worst experience with @airtelindia customers care service. Talked with four of their so called "customer care specialists". First guy was very polite and a good listener but he sent me the wrong link to resolve my issue.

    @DishTV_India Hi your executive asked me to take service from airtel.. as they dont provide solution of not signal found error...is it ok to loose your 4 year old customer? @airtelindia you have high scope till dish tv have customer care executive with rude attitude..i am coming to airteldth
