    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My internet is off from last 4 days, no action taken by technical team, my work is suffering because of this. customer care are just saying your issue will resolve within 24 hour and now its been 4 days, so disappointing.

Even election votes across 5 states get counted in a day, but you still can’t figure out my data usage mismatch Stop stalling and give a clear answer.     @airtelindia I raised shifting request on 29 Apr for 03 May. Still no one contacted or updated about the request. When I called the customer care they told they are not able to get any updates from the concerned team.

    Extremely disappointed with Airtel Fibre service. WiFi has been down for more than 30 hours and still no resolution. Repeated assurances, but no actual support or technician visit. This is highly unprofessional. Resolve this ASAP @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
