Since 6 months I have been facing issue with @airtelindia network.Complained almost 10 times and still the problem persist. At the time of taking bill why @airtelindia does not consider problem faced because of their bad customer service #fakeadvertisments .

@airtelindia Hilarious & unacceptable!! changing plan& Payments has been accepted but why your Airtel Thanks app is did not allowing to renew payment for the Basic plan for the broadband service.
