    @airtelindia @Airtel I have facing poor internet connection since month of September tried to get in touch with customer care initially couple of times they picked call now EVR tells to use thanks app which only sends message your complaints has been resolved without solving.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why do I have to turn Airplane Mode on and off in my mobile to get proper Airtel Network. To other people it comes as not reachable always. Your missed call alerts are of no use if you can't improve network.

    @airtelindia hey guys I have updated my IR pack (for Qatar). My daya works but unable to call or text. When I asked the helpline in chat, it says call customer care (I cannot call!!!). Also banking messages are not coming in. Please resolve this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sir need to know as a loyal customer what extra facility Airtel can provide if customer wants to customise the setup box according to their needs bcoz of having extreme box as we are having non smart tv,Your executive said no replacement purchase new
