Airtel, I have stopped using your braodband for ovwr 1.5 years, submitted routers and assets. However still getting messages to submit and phone numbers are always switched off. Please look into this and issues security amount. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Have raised a complaint and your ground staff did some basic troubleshooting today and told me if this still won't work, airtel will replace it. Now its still not working hence I called your support staff again- they told me I have to pay for the new modem @airtelindia

Standard by telecom companies. At Jeerapur (MP) pincode 465691, i don't get speed of network called 4G at my residence. Why they are taking money for 4G as it's against my #consumer rights as both @reliancejio and @airtelindia have very poor signal as well as lower speed of Data.
