Both numbers indicate that the dialled number does not exist. @jagograhakjago These are official consumer grievance helpline numbers and should be reachable. Kindly check if there is any issue or restriction from Airtel’s side and resolve it at the earliest. Please confirm why these numbers are not accessible through your network.

Instead of fixing the network, Airtel is just copy-pasting the same generic replies to everyone. This is incredibly weak service. We both deserve real answers and a technician on-site.
