Although amount is not big why is @airtelindia charging Rs 25 to exchange postpaid SIM card without receipt. ? Pathetic service. Why can’t I exchange two SIM cards for which I am paying in single day?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Is there any way to connect with Airtel customer representative for prepaid customers. Options on 121 are just to get info and getting only automated replies over support mail. Getting invalid file for recharge receipt on Airtel thahanks app.

What is wrong with @airtelindia? Since morning my net is not working, I couldn't surf at all. I've been complaining them & they keep entertaining me in my inbox with assurance msgs but no improvement, and now it's totally gone. I'm evn tweeting this by borrowing Wi-Fi. Pathetic!
