    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is it customer responsibility to follow up on complain 10047714767 for fixing the issue. Or @airtelindia service team responsibility to look into the complain and get it resolve. Pathetic services. Not expected from Airtel. Local services provider are doing good.

    @Airtel_Presence team is so stupid and so dysfunctional. I had requested an upgrade for my Fiber plan on my airtel app. Its been 4 days since that my plan has not been upgraded and the supervisors at customer care had “guaranteed” that it will be done within 2 hours. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No Service since yesterday afternoon. Complaint lodged through App. Req No 10050393754 Someone was deputed to visit my place b/w 8:20am to 8:25am. No one came. Now it's said that Service resumed but NOT actually. Till now NO RESOLUTION.
