@airtelindia I have been a proud customer of Airtel for 20 years now. Even when I moved across cities I continued with Airtel. In the recent past I have been facing lot of outages in my broadband connection. What’s shocking is that the outages are hours long. Please address asap

@airtelindia Every alternate day, there is some issue with #Xstreamfiber network. And you are taking 4-5 hrs to resolve. Local providers giving much better service. Not so good experience with #Airtelfiber. Won't recommend to others.

dear @airtelindia , when i pay for data pack, i expect data service in city which is not available, i don't think i should wait for 10 days till you resolve. since i already paid. i was surprised that one has to wait 10 days so they can get better speed @Airtel_Presence
