@airtelindia Pesent conditon of airtel is at par with BSNL.I submitted request to upgrade my xtreme fibre connection on 18 Dec2021. It is not done by Airtel till date . The customer care replies on every reminder, it will done within 48 hr. No action from airtel. Pl look into it
