    So i got to know about a fool thing @airtelindia is doing with their customers, they aren't providing SMS service after doing a small recharge of 19RS we have to do a smart recharge accn to them to start the SMS services again. #1

    can @airtelindia provide fibre connection. I am facing lot of trouble because of airtel worst internet connection. Tried to contact customer care but of no use, hence tweeting. if you cannot provide, then will shift to another operator. Do this needful asap

    @airtelindia Unable to make calls. It displays Jio as my network provider. No internet.I did DM the same message, but I don’t see anyone Interested there, hence had make it public.

    @airtelindia what happned to customer care services and ur network. Even in 4g can't get continues ping. 7% loss for 2000 pings is unexpected.
