@airtelindia worst company, they automatically changed my family plan and now asking for 4x more amount then we choosed for. Now @Airtel_Presence is asking to pay amount unnecessarily or else they will not restart the services. We have more than 60 numbers in airtel. #Airtel

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence seems like airtel app can never figure out what problem customer is facing. Please arrange a callback. My amount got deducted for mash pod but request not placed. Spoke to customer care for refund but haven't received it yet.
