I have replaced by Airtel Sim from your Ghatkopar store and they have collected Rs.25. Very cheap and pathetic service, Sim was not working was not my fault.. if you are selling cheap quality of SIM to customers.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia i have requested a prepaid port-in. Its been 80 hours but the plan has not been activated. No outgoing or data pack is working inspite of recharging the same while porting in. Really disappointed with the service provided
