This cable got cut not once, not twice but THRICE. Guys, are you sure your 'engineer' employees know how to do their job right? @airtelindia i am still awaiting a response. Isn't it a pathetic service to give in 2022? My business is on a halt for god knows how long.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really very poor show in spite of several reminders on customer care number since May 2022 and mention on tweeter no one contacted me for resolution of my broadband complaint. I am really sorry to be the part of such a lackluster company.

I have called customer care so many times in this week. I got unsatisfactory resolution. Infact, at this stage there is no response at all. None of the region service providers are picking up your own office's calls. Imagine how bad the employees work ethics must be @airtelindia

@airtelindia,@airtelcare : Sir, I am trying to port my number from another network to Airtel. I was elated to see that getting a SIM card from Airtel is really easy as a person from Airtel will do a doorstep delivery. With that positive hope I have applied for MNP last Tuesday.
