    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the ping issue already makes many many customers mad then on top of that when you contact customer service there's so many problems and 99% don't even know what ping means, then you've to explain all of it just to get connected to a backened team.

    The network is running very hard in Dhoomanganj of Prayagraj. Please troubleshoot. Otherwise I will change the sim, tell me it will be okay for a few days then start pretending, @airtelindia @NCTAitv @Airtel_Presence
