    Trying to convert my physical SIM to eSIM on iPhone15(eSIM compatible).Now neither the eSIM nor the physical SIM is working looks like both are deactivated. Couldn’t reach @airtelindia support,tried calling from another number too but the IVR was completely unhelpful. @airtelnews

    Choosing @airtelindia postpaid plan was terrible decision. Call drop is a common issue in my area. Govt should bring more players to this industry otherwise these poor services will be normal .

    @airtelindia My wifi isn’t working from 9 days and all you guys tell me we have escalated the issue, you will receive a call , then someone calls and say the technician will call and nothing. Worst service to be honest. People planing to take their services i would suggest dont

    @airtelindia, what a complete mess. Your sales team will say anything to get a customer to pay. I booked Airtel Fiber only after your sales representative, Nanda, confirmed multiple times over WhatsApp and on a call that wired Fiber was available at my location. I have screenshots of those commitments. Today, I took time off work and waited for the installation. I asked for a 9 AM visit. Your engineers turned up around 12:30 PM, only to tell me that wired Fiber doesn’t exist at my location, only AirFiber does. They didn’t even bring a router. So what exactly was the purpose of this visit besides wasting my time? To make it worse, the engineer’s response was essentially, “We’re not Airtel employees, we don’t know.” Customer care says one thing, the sales team promises another, and the field team knows nothing. No accountability. No coordination. Just customers being passed around. I chose Airtel because I’m already an Airtel Black customer and expected better. Instead, I got false commitments, wasted hours, and absolutely no resolution. Stop sending scripted apologies. Escalate this to someone who can actually fix it. I want to know who is accountable for taking my payment based on incorrect information and what Airtel is going to do about it. @airtelindia #Airtel #AirtelBlack

    Hi @airtelindia, For the last 5–6 days, I have been continuously facing network issues in my area. Regular voice calls are not connecting properly, and the internet service is almost completely unavailable. Please look into this issue at the earliest. #network_problems

    This is really ridiculous. The internet connection in our office is shut since Saturday and we are tired of calling the customer care. They are only giving me date and time when the next technician will be available. There is no resolution. @airtelindia @Jio_Business @FiberAct
