@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel please help us , we are in very much problem with internet connection . We have been suffering from this problem for the last three months ,the internet is so bad that YouTube videos don't even come up , please fix this problem.

@airtelindia I have lived in 2 metro cities of India and I never got good services. I recently got a new sim thinking that it might be due to sim. I pay more than Rs 200/month. And what do I get in return ? 0.75 Mbps speed with only 1 bar of network?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So it's been 3 days that I have been trying to activate my airtel eSIM in my new phone but in vain. Giving an sms yo 121 says that my email is not registered but in Airtel Thanks app email is present with blue tick. I can't understand. #help

@VittalGopal @airtelindia Sir, very poor network status in The Meadows,.Adani Shantigram, Ahmedabad -382421. Using Jio sim to talk, as voice and data call both are extremely weak. Airtel network is too bad to talk since a month. Please help. My Airtel number is +919631949742

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don't think that this process should have been so cumbersome. Customer care help is also so so slow. I am not able to use many services involving my mobile number due to this problem.
