    @airtelindia So done with the service. Landline not working since a fortnight ! When reached out to the customer care for resolution,they were very upfront if we want to go for disconnection 😒 @AirtelCares13 you no longer care?

    @Airtel_Presence After 3 days your writing back to me mentioning you will look into this. @airtelindia worst customer service I have ever received. Since I was without internet from 7th Feb to 12th Feb, I need waiver in my next billing cycle. In fact this makes no sense to bill for these period
