Worst net ever I've ever seen. It's disconnected in every 10 mins without any network issues and customer Care are not solving the problem. So please don't use Airtel. It's really worst and the worst 4g network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I haven't got any response from @airtelindia but @reliancejio is indeed concerned about their single customer and now im using btr @reliancejio internet in Shimla 👍

@@airtelindia service of Airtel DTH in Shimla is worst. The engineers of DTH close request without contacting the customer and resolving the issue. Due to their fraudulent activities customer suffer and pay unwanted extra charges. Never expected such poor service from airtel..

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Amazon membership fee was added wrongly to my bill. I tried to call the customer care to explain that 20 days before. I was told, it will be canceled and the bill will show the new, reduced amount. But still it is showing the same in My Airtel app.
