    @airtelindia Internet connection is very bad in Tripura especially in Agartala.... Complain was lodge several times but no solution. Even BSNL is far better than Airtel. Now no option except exiting from Airtel.

    Porting process complete i got my new @airtelindia sim inserted in my mobile it was not working as executive didn't recharge as per his claim for FRC as offering from Airtel against MNP while asking on phone call he started shifting responsiblity to other person when ..2/3

    @Capt_Armstrong @airtelindia @S_BhartiMittal Dear sir, am from customer services; hence, I can understand why Airtel is closing cases without even attending it as to show per the record that they met TAT for resolving cases. Definitely this way is the most pathetic way.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please fix the network issue in LUMKHRYIEM, Shillong. Internet is only available from 2am to 5am. Why is it so ? Please fix it
