@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am not able to understand which process is the correct one. May I request you to - 1. Cancel the request 2. Refund the money I paid to Airtel 3. Acknowledge steps 1 & 2 over call and email. I hope this should bring some clarity.

@airtelindia is it so difficult to offer me a decent network at my home? I literally get no 4G internet & my voice isn't clear while I'm on call. Complained this already with SR 31-3741711446664 - this got closed w/o my confirmation. I'll stop paying bills if this isn't fixed.
