Thread @airtelindia has to have the worst possible helpline services. They are inefficient, they lie and they keep you hanging like they're doing you a favour by offering you services. I had gone to USA and asked for a one month international roaming pack. (1/n)

if #Airtel_Xtremefibre is not available for a whole day due to @airtelindia fault, then why should I not get extra validity beyond their existing validity?? as i pay in advance for a period then i also should get the 100% service during this period. @TRAI should look the matter.
