@Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there seems to be some issue with the broadband and since yesterday no one has fixed it. Now a days everyone is working from home and without internet it is not possible. Kindly have the issue resolved. Tech team is not helpful at all.

@AravindD @airtelindia You are supposed to run that with your WiFi off. They ping your modem remotely and verify if there’s issue or not. They mandate you enable location services as well.

Guys look like COVID 19 is effecting @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia in a big way as even after paying my bills on time it shows an outstanding. I feel it's utterly ridiculous and therefore, need help to escalate this so that it never ever gets repeated.
