@shivanshis4 @airtelindia Ok d reason for this is may b in payment history, sometimes back the recharge must have expired and they must have kept the number on pending recharge list.... Subsequently not bothered to update status..... But am sure there is no problem in using the cell phone?? Right!?

I don't want to complicate things .... Today also i m facing the same issue ....i can't use my 4g .... So in nut shell i won't pay for the time I wasn't able to use my 4g till you slove the issue .... Now you can take your time @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
