    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal We are Airtel user ( CUG). No one care for us and very difficult to speak with customer care advisor. We are facing some network and billing issues but no one is there to attend us. representative linked us with airtel not attending.

    @airtelindia I am facing slow internet speed in my area. I've also complained for this issue one week ago but stll not resolved yet. Reference no 31-3244312677309 I am your platinum customer. Slow internet is affecting my work badly. Please look into this on priority basis.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sad that it's been 12 hours of my complaint and no reply to DM's sent explaining my problem. Recharge was due so did it for two days only. Putting in a port out request now. Let's see u r able to solve first or the port out is faster.

    I had a problem with @airtelindia network for past 5 days. Internet suddenly goes away for half an hour and work is interrupted. Made two complaints, on 31st and yesterday. Got an SMS saying "Network Team resolved the issue" without any call from anyone checking in. Issue closed

    Hello @airtelindia Within 1 month of using your broadband connection, more than 34hrs of your estimated company was not able to resolve the WiFi problem. Thank God I am not using the @airtel mobile network services. Still the @reliancejio Is best option. #monopoly
