    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing slow internet speed in my area. I've also complained for this issue one week ago but stll not resolved yet. Reference no 31-3244312677309 I am your platinum customer. Slow internet is affecting my work badly. Please look into this issue.

    @airtelindia I want to get airtel xstream fiber connection at my home. I booked order for this, can you tell if it will be possible or not my home. Your service is already running in my area and the distance of Airtel Fatbox from my house will be around 200 to 300 meters.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very disappointed with your services,not only you put extra charges additional to my bill and raise bill after 20 days, network is really bad. Every week or 5 days I have to file a complaint for wifi issues.

    @airtelindia I got fooled by your priority service & converted to postpaid, now I’m facing issue with internet not working. I tried contacting customer care, but miraculously and magically there is no way I can talk with customer support. just ivr, pathetic service honestly

    @Airtel_Presence while using prepaid I would have easily speak with executive by pressing few keys now PRIORITY postpaid customer, no way to talk Im beyond frustrated pathetic service by @airtelindia
