@airtelindia we had ask for a fibre connection.on 24 we sent approve society letter survey was done successfully.but since then we didnt hear anything .when we call they make excuse. we dont even know if there is a work order .Very bad service.

@airtel_xstream @airtelindia do you have metrics around how long you serve without interruptions per customer?? For me every other day it’s with out service. At this rate you would loose platinum customers like me for sure

Starting today, I am going to write one 'slow internet' tweet everyday until it gets fixed. No enagagement with customer care whatsoever. It does not work. Let's see how long it takes to fix it. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have logs to prove its not just a glitch.
