@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your IVR is so long that it always waste important time. It takes me ages to connect ur CCE. Why is this so long process? If a customer is not interested to listen IVR can't u connect directly to CCE. Have to listen every thing which is not helpful

@airtelindia Worst post sales services. I have opted for for DTH services after watching your advt. Within 15 days of installation I have complained so many times and everytime the complainant was closed without resolution. Don't opt for airtel.
