  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia from last 3 days no Internet 🛜 Raising tickets over the app, calling customer care, raising concern in X, still no one is bothering to assign an Engineer to resolve the LOS issue. Wow. Worst service 😞

  @airtelindia what kind of internet service you provide, it's been 3 days still my issue isn't resolved yet. Although I am airtel postpaid user with unlimited 5G data plan. Customer care are just ignoring the complaint and kept saying the same things but not any resolution.

  I have Airtel broadband. @airtelindia It’s not working since morning. Try to call customer care. It says there is problem in your area. It says it will be resolved by 22nd. In actual none of my neighbours have any problem. 121/chatbot no use. Pathetic service.

  @airtelindia pathetic service, 27june requested for the connection shifting with ref no 10980666895 is still pending and on ground the engineers providing pathetic service. Asked to to wait one more day.
