    @airtelindia My phone support 5g and i am in a 5g area also OnePlus 9R is updated latest 5g software.. but i can't use Airtel 5g.. I tried to reach customer support but it seems Airtel is not allowing to connect their customer Support agent. There is no option available.

    @ViCustomerCare You couldn't provide e-sim on my idea number which was evident from your DM so it was time to move and I'm happy to be on @airtelindia now. Gave doorstep service and 24 hours I'll have e-sim. As for you, lost a 2 decade loyalty due to 3rd grade policies.

    @airtelindia Thank you for providing the world's worst customer service where nobody can connect to your customer care executive. In a month I recharged my phone thrice and automatically the Internet services were suspended with In 5 days.. I tried to call Coustomer Care

    @airtelindia I have a prepaid airtel card, it says insufficient balance when I try calling tollfree number of icici bank. Big joke is it also tells me insufficient balance when I call your customer care 121. Please provide a solution here.
