No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I contacted customer care but they are guessing which location I stay and without knowing my location she just said there is issue in your area. She is guessing that I stay in Mumbai 🙄 are you serious? Is this the way that your customer executive works?

@airtelindia since 3 days I’m facing internet problems, thought it might be a temporary congestion on 1st day. Now after 3 days I contacted customer care, they say it will take 15working days to resolve this problem. 2 to 3 weeks of very slow or no internet will impact my life.

Dear @airtelindia You are advertising that airtel is the fastest network but I have complained you an year back that my internet speed is slow and the range is at very low and problem is still unresolved yet. A worst experience with airtel since an year @Airtel_Presence
