When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

Clearly, 06:58AM is not an appropriate hour to wake a person and sell your product. Highly disappointed with such incident, @airtelindia has just lost a customer. I am gonna opt @reliancejio for my broadband connection for sure. (2/2)

@airtelindia is such a thankless company! I hav been trying to reach out their cust service team for countless hours but in vain. Their quality of service have deteriorated over the years and no wonder Jio is taking over. Bad customer service will be the doom of this company.

Pathetic service & response from @airtelindia. Even after 7 days of installation of dth, unable to get any channel or the committed apps. Calls to customer care has only ended up with false commitments. So called Airtel black. Regret choosing them & now being stuck with them
