No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

Clearly, 06:58AM is not an appropriate hour to wake a person and sell your product. Highly disappointed with such incident, @airtelindia has just lost a customer. I am gonna opt @reliancejio for my broadband connection for sure. (2/2)

When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia First improve your customer service. I am going to port my number soon. Even after several requests to deactivate my roaming, my roaming still active. App only provides option to enable but not for disable. Pathetic

In one of the worst experiences with Airtel till daye. Fixed line issue not resolved and it has been almost 72hr now. Raised multiple complaints and now even @Airtel_Presence is also not responding. @airtelindia Fix my broadband.
