No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Unhappy with the latency in resolving a problem (No. 1322115696) reported 4 days back. Initial promise was a 24 hr resolution. Funnily, no one even called to update about steps being taken or cause for broadband issues.

Quitting @airtelindia Getting, Ping= 500+ms, Loss= 8%, Upload Speed< 0.5Mbps. Network keeps on disconnecting and abrupted voice calls in my area. Have been complaining for more than a year now, No Resolve though. Enough is Enough. Finally getting port to @reliancejio or any. Bye

@airtelindia Dear Customer, Your Ref. no. 43259688 for Remote Control issues has been assigned to our Service Engineer .......... This message i have got after my complain on 2 nd of june for airtel Xtreme ,and now even after 12 days airtel could not solve this problem .
