When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Clearly, 06:58AM is not an appropriate hour to wake a person and sell your product. Highly disappointed with such incident, @airtelindia has just lost a customer. I am gonna opt @reliancejio for my broadband connection for sure. (2/2)

No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

I understand there can be human errors but this is sheer negligence. Instead of boosting company business he is turning experience to be horrible. Revert the number ASAP to prepaid and clear this mess at the earliest. My morning has been wasted since I visited @airtelindia Store

@airtelindia Not sure if your customer care helpline # is functional as I have failed to reach them even after multiple attempt. Raised a complaint through the Airtel app on 23rd Jun which was closed on 28th June with no communication and update.Ticket No-CLCCV3BLR20220623692547.
