No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Clearly, 06:58AM is not an appropriate hour to wake a person and sell your product. Highly disappointed with such incident, @airtelindia has just lost a customer. I am gonna opt @reliancejio for my broadband connection for sure. (2/2)

So my #airtel dth ran out of balance. Immediately recharged. But one of the 3 boxes didn't resume. Upon complaining, another box was disconnected. Was told to wait 4 hours, then another 2 hours. No resolution. @Airtel_Presence. Wow @airtelindia. Guess time to move to #tatasky

@airtelindia worst Network.. In this pandemic.. people are working from home and Airtel is one of the worst Network.. I have a Airtel postpaid but still M recharging for Alternate number of other operator to use Internet.. 🤦🤷

I came to know that @airtelindia won't cancel my recharge as it was done on third-party app. And @PhonePeSupport couldn't cancel it either. I came to know that if a customer recharges from @airtelindia website then a customer can get a refund in such cases.
