    When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Clearly, 06:58AM is not an appropriate hour to wake a person and sell your product. Highly disappointed with such incident, @airtelindia has just lost a customer. I am gonna opt @reliancejio for my broadband connection for sure. (2/2)

    No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, should it really take 47 mins to close a Wi-Fi connection? Instead of pushing discounts & offers, please invest in fixing your network. Mobile connectivity is equally pathetic. Customers need a network that works, not more offers!

    @vinaykum2211 @airtelindia Paid for broadband, got a hotspot toy. Technician himself was learning on call. @airtelindia fix your router or take it back!

    Airtel Wi-Fi is a joke. A little rain and the internet is GONE. Yesterday it was down, today it’s down again — this happens almost every time. Customer support is even worse. Useless Meanwhile, local providers work fine in the same weather and actually answr Worst @airtelindia

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Some datapoints: Airtel has 46 cr prepaid users out of total 49 Cr mobile users. Jio has 51 Cr prepaid users out of total 53 Cr users. 5G is in pilot phase with "Unlimited free 5G" to all,from both carriers. When Private or Govt gives anything for free,quality will be poor !!

    Airtel has become the worst telecom operator during the past 2-3 months It never connects with real 5G Too many call drops I bet Airtel and Jio are laughing at us I mean at most I will port to Jio I have no other options Airtel customer support is nonexistent anyway @airtelindia
