Clearly, 06:58AM is not an appropriate hour to wake a person and sell your product. Highly disappointed with such incident, @airtelindia has just lost a customer. I am gonna opt @reliancejio for my broadband connection for sure. (2/2)

When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

@Suhelseth They are present everywhere but their presence is nowhere. @airtelindia is only good at lip services. Copy Paste Customer Service, on the ground they bite the dust. Migrated to airtel in the Good Hope but disappointed. @Airtel_Presence

Recharge done for @airtelindia on 21 Dec. It’s 24 and I haven’t received benefit yet. Tried to contact @airtelindia and solve issue but they are just investigating from 3 days. 72+hours just for investigation of simple recharge and transaction. Frustrated.
