  No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

  You know what's the most difficult task in the whole world? Disconnecting the airtel @airtelindia connection. I have been trying to disconnect it since Sunday and almost called 100 different people but no resolution. I don't know why it's soo dramatic. I am frustrated a lot. Sometimes their customer care people says to call 121 and nothing happens on 121, after a beep the call get cut. I know they will keep billing me as they want to extort the money instead of simply closing the connection. @airtelindia you have pathetic service.

  @airtelindia The most frustrating part is that there seems to be no responsible person to ensure that the backup generator is started on time. As a paying customer, I expect uninterrupted connectivity, especially when backup power arrangements are supposed to be in place 2/2

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet service is completely down despite having an active recharge, and my paid data is being wasted. Please check and resolve this issue urgently. I am highly disappointed with the service. If the issue is not resolved soon,I will port my SIM.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You collected ₹500 for my IPTV installation, yet nothing has been installed. Every time I contact customer care, I receive no resolution. Either complete the installation immediately or refund my ₹500. This level of service is unacceptable.

  @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi has been down since last night. I waited for 24 hours before even raising a complaint, and now I’m told that an engineer will contact me tomorrow night—another 24 hours later! Is this what Airtel calls a “response time”? Same on @AirtelServ30428
