When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

@airtelindia Trying to upgrade my copper connection to Fiber since last 1 month. Fiber wiring completed in our building and new connections are being given. Airtel app doesn't show Fiber options and 121 says my connection is not mapped to fiber so they can't help. Is this normal?
