No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia pathetic service, service Center guys say change to postpaid if u need any service for prepaid then call customer care, need an esim but can’t get it until email is updated in their system and there is no way to update email in prepaid, take postpaid and we will do.

@airtelindia I am not able to make a call to customer care number of banks starting with 1860 and your customer care is telling to contact bank. isn't it a joke or regular practice to avoid customer.
