No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

Clearly, 06:58AM is not an appropriate hour to wake a person and sell your product. Highly disappointed with such incident, @airtelindia has just lost a customer. I am gonna opt @reliancejio for my broadband connection for sure. (2/2)

When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence Such a pathetic service. My broadband is not working from last 7 days. Tried to contact the local vendor and customer care several times but you guys don’t even bother to pick the call and fix the issue. Worst ever customer experience with @airtelindia.

@airtelindia We have purchased the Xtream box, At the time of purchase, the executive told us that the OTT platform (youtube etc.) is always free. No need of recharge. this is a wrong commitment to me now my plan expired i am unable to use any service not even a youtube.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service request raised on 3rd march. I have followed up 6 times with airtel & complained to the nodal officer and appellate. Both assured a quick resolution, but till now no response. Sick and tried of airtel. Shame on you guys.

@airtelindia out of India and simcard is not working contacted multiple time with costomer care but getting reply as no support provided if your are out of India. Please share procedure to get new sim card.
