No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

When you guys are not able to provide actual 3g speed and you guys are showing adds for india fastest network ..Just bcz of your poor internet speed may be one day i lose my job ..am unable to work from home..iam using postpaid plan . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Clearly, 06:58AM is not an appropriate hour to wake a person and sell your product. Highly disappointed with such incident, @airtelindia has just lost a customer. I am gonna opt @reliancejio for my broadband connection for sure. (2/2)

I've been with @airtelindia for 20 odd years and this is the standard of your service? I pay upwards of 2000 every month to you and your service is a big ZERO. God forbid if anyone ever needs to get in contact with your customer service which might as well be a puncture shop.

@airtelindia worst experience with Airtel, I have done my prepaid recharge and it's not reflecting, raised a complaint for the same but they have closed the issue without any resolution. I have raised another complaint please have a look at the ticket id- CONRC3DEL20220317946815.
