@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your services is getting degraded day by day . Quality of internet is very poor in Ratlam ( Madhya pradesh ) Other network providers have already improve their quality of internet . Do something needful .

@airtelindia your 4G internet service is as slow as snail . Worst internet i have ever used . #switchfromairtel Don't use the fastest tag and if you've same guts show me your service in my area . I mention my location below.

@airtelindia Hi Team, really disappointed with the WiFi device provided.. it's 5 months I am complaint the device is not working properly but no resolution yet.. even airtel store is not giving any solution. This is the kind of support for platinum customers.

4G services started in J&K few months ago. Airtel network speed has changed from 2G to G now. And customer supports is based on an app called Airtel thanks which never reaponds. No customer care numbers also. What a great achievement @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
