    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very poor service by Airtel we have applied for airtel Fiber it’s taking too long it’s been 2 weeks we shifted at new place and they are not even responding plz don’t go for airtel connection for anything poor airtel poor service poor engineers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Before installation of broadband I was told by Airtel that if I provide an old Airtel number connected to d2h or any other service of Airtel than I will get the first month of broadband plan free. But now I received a bill of 999 plan.

    @airtelindia Horrible state of services, behaving like a government organisation. No one is there to care. Not even the Customercare number can be dialled due to poor network and unavailability of data. Hopeless service by airtel. First time facing such issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why can't I use my Talktime to send messages or use Data while I could use the same for calling. Earlier Talktime was used for anything and everything in a prepaid mobile service, when was this seperated? CAN SOMEONE HELP ME

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have taken broadband/DTH connection in September. System recorded wrong phone number. I was not able to pay the bill as OTP was not received. Visited your store in Rajouri Garden. Paid all amount. Now, services are stopped. Can someone help?
