I was promised WiFi installation within 48 hours, but after payment I’m now being told there’s no stock and I have to wait 10 days. No proactive communication, no proper updates, and customer support has been unresponsive and unprofessional. I chose Airtel expecting faster service, but this experience has been frustrating. Please look into this and provide a clear resolution ASAP.

Your agents show tantrums that they can’t come after 6 and do t pick up phone even when slot was 6:30PM. It has been more than 24 hours now!! Horrible service.
