@airtelindia I have recently changed my Airtel SIM card on 11/5/2022. I have visited Airtel gallery in Fort area, Mumbai. Since the shop is displaying as Airtel authorised partner, I as a common customer chose to change my sip in that shop.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hai WORST SUPPORT EXPERIENCE. My broadband is out of service for last 72 hrs, no action has been taken to resolve this issue, they just keep asking for 30 minutes more and then stop picking up call. IS THIS HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS??
