@airtelindia I have a landline and a wired broadband from #Airtel in Kolkata. Recently the landline has been extremely disturbed almost to the point of not being able to hear clearly, thereby taking wrong decisions. We have changed the handset too, with no go. Please help.

@airtelindia I paid for a new Xtream Fiber connection on 4th April, but I'm still struggling to contact your executive for the installation. Still haven't received any support from your team till today. I don't know about the future experience but your start is only disappointing

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Team Airtel, What is the TAT for the rectification of any complaint. I raised a complaint on 30th march regarding my broadband connection. Complaint No.129454326. I recieved a call 2-3 times assuring that engineer will come but no one came.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence net speed and signal was worse at this location from airtel. The location cant be seen in map so i am typing manually. The place is chowtra center near sangadigunta. Please look into it and make the problem cleared
