  @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Unlimited 5G has stopped working AGAIN. My phone is connected to Airtel 5G, but my regular 2GB daily data is being deducted. Once it is exhausted, internet speed becomes almost zero. This issue has happened multiple times .

  @airtelnews @airtelindia I can't forget how I got treated from the customer care and the manager's team for giving them an ample amount of time to resolve the wifi issue and they still took my 24 hours of time not fixing and giving me any solutions. Worst experience with after-sales!

  @airtelindia you have unilaterally chosen to adjust the excess payment made by me to a bill relating to someone else.. My excess payment needs to be refunded to my account or adjusted against my number. Escalation to appellate tribunal is also not resolving this issue

  @airtelnews @airtelindia I thought they must have fixed the wifi issue and when I came bacm home, the signal was still solid red and there was no solution we got and I called them again and this time, I asked them to transfer the call to the manager.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an Airtel SIM card registered in my name that I originally obtained in Rajasthan, but for some reason, it is not working. I visited an Airtel office in Gorakhpur, UP, but was told that the SIM could only be issued from Rajasthan.
