@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have faced the stupidest thing today. I got a call from Airtel regarding my complaint. The call directly went on waiting for 15-20 min. My suggestion: You can just call when you have free resources and stop this nonsense.

Every time I reach out to customer support they ask me to drop an email,what's the use of the same when there's no response. They DM'D me the last time I tweeted and said my number was not reachable when they tried to call.Worst service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia.

Can you ask some one to check this or let me know if I need to port to @airtelindia who provides better support. Even when I go outside my home I just get 1 bar in phone signal. My address is 17 main, 20 cross, HSR layout sector 3 ,Bangalore 560102. Btw your SME was very arrogant
