@airtelindia My senior citizen parents are daily having issues with Airtel internet connectivity since a month. They have 3-4 times filed complaints and the technician after checking said its fine. Emotional 20+yr old Airtel customer harassed and planning to change the ISP now.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews what a way To Give Solution Know they want the details of Offer after 10 Days Of Complaints. I Reached they said Ur Recharge is for 90 Days When It's Get Charged it's Show Validity 43 Day and after 10 Days it's Show 17 days Left.

@Karthikbans @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My account was hacked and in order to retrieve my account I needed OTP which never came. I struggled for 2 days and then I switched to Jio and from there I could retrieve my account.
