    @airtelindia Your callcenter IVR is of no use if it cannot pass IVR language selected & number entered to ur contact center, even after selecting pref lang call is answered in different language. You levy service activation charges without informing & taking customer OK.

    I have never seen a nonsense and unprofessional team like @airtelindia . For the last 10 days they are not able to rectify a problem in my broadband connection, that too in Delhi. Forget about other parts of country. But they need bill payment on time... 🤔

    Height of worst coverage witnessed with @airtelindia at my #Rajakilpakkam address. Had to call a particular number three times because of no #Voice and had to walk outside the apartment 40 m to get the network back. @DoT_India @TRAI
