    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sir, It is my humble request to you to provide Fibre line in my colony, it is very inconvenient to use copper plan when I am paying for a Fibre plan. As per your customer support agents, fibre must have been arrived in my area in the last month.

    @airtelindia Worst customer care service. For work purposes, I paid 4000 Rs per month to set up 1GBPS plan in Bangalore. It's been 2 days since installation & I am getting a max speed of 630 MBPS. App doesn't have a section to file complaints for slow speed. Refund immediately
