    Update: @Airtel_Presence / @airtelindia has their broadband extension in every street. But to get more money from customer, their agents asked customers to take connection from other street's extension to get extra money for wire. Yes I am a common man & this will not effect them

    @airtelindia I have taken an airtel wifi subscription on May 28 which included jiohotstar and zee 5 ott subscription, But I didn't get the jio hotstar subscription as promised in the plan I selected, I called your customer care twice, Still my issue isn't resolved.

    Worse, @airtelindia customer care is poor they just tell me to check the app. If I can already access via app, why do you even have a support team? Denying customers access to their own financial records is a massive red flag. Time to port out? @VittalGopal #CustomerService Fail

What’s even more disappointing is that we have not received a single notification or update about this outage, whether planned or unplanned. Such a lack of communication is unacceptable and falls short of basic professional standards.
