    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal **** services at your Jammu service centre, two visits and still no resolution. Yesterday airtel was on holiday so no work, today what I was informed yesterday was incorrect. Seem another BSNL in making.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's 5th day without internet & we registered complaint on 6th July.. Poor customer service & lousy attitude. Kindly uninstall our airtel X-stream fiber. Don't send generic replies . Kindly look in to the matter and revert.

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service by @Airtel_Presence no response by your team in jammu. My office broadband is not working from last 5 days, complained many times but no solution till day. Resolve the issue asap.

    The Network of Big Companies like @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia & @reliancejio @Mukeshambani_1 is in pathetic condition in Bathindi Jammu, Wonder how it is in Far flung areas. I guess Degraded.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtel_xstream @airtelindia Registered complaint in afternoon as internet was not working. ( Airtel xtream fibre : 019147128286_dsl is 132729618). No action taken in whole day & demonstration of lousy attitude towards customer. Upset & Plz resolve immediately.

    I called @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia for more than 50 times from last 30 days. Even I contacted local asm for network and internet issues at my location but all in vain. Now I decide to port to @JioCare . Good bye @airtelindia 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Me and my family have been ardent @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence subscribers since decades.The reason being quality of service and the care for customers provided. However now this is missing. It has been 2 months for me applying for a wifi connection, and still havent got it.1/2

    @airtelindia Hello, Airtel Thanks app is a poor app which is cheating us by redirecting the recharge amount to bill payment. Since morning today I have been following up with your team for recharge of my mobile no. 9708XXX666 with Rs. 399 but they are making all excuses.

    Airtel’s service has honestly gone downhill. My AirFiber stopped working, so I spent over an hour with customer support. They kept redirecting me to a broken mobile app that was not helping at all. Finally, they assigned an engineer. When I called him, he said he does not know how to work on AirFiber. So customer support cannot resolve it, the assigned engineer cannot fix it, and I am left without internet while I have important work to finish. The resolution time given to me is 48 hours. This is what happens when an essential sector is dominated by just 2 or 3 large players. Customers have very little choice, competition remains weak, and companies slowly stop caring about service quality. India needs better telecom competition and stronger accountability. Internet is no longer a luxury. Businesses and livelihoods depend on it. @airtelindia, please do better. Before the support bot asks, my service request number is 11035404075.
