    @airtelindia I am facing network issue in my area address is 41 Vikram chowk Jammu near by jammy university so plz check this matter asap otherwise I port my new connection to another network .

    Update: @Airtel_Presence / @airtelindia has their broadband extension in every street. But to get more money from customer, their agents asked customers to take connection from other street's extension to get extra money for wire. Yes I am a common man & this will not effect them

    It is third day now & @airtelindia is yet to resume broadband internet service. Service engineer reschedules service ticket on his own, that's how fast @airtelindia manages it's service to customers. Yesterday even after escalation only empty assurances are provided. #AirtelDown

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's 5th day without internet & we registered complaint on 6th July.. Poor customer service & lousy attitude. Kindly uninstall our airtel X-stream fiber. Don't send generic replies . Kindly look in to the matter and revert.

    @SunilBhartiMitl @airtelindia @airtelnews Shocking and pathetic service from Airtel Xstream Fiber in New Delhi ncr new mangalapuri ,sultanpur,110030.internet has been down for the last 2 days and Airtel has taken no serious action yet. No callback, no visit, and field engineer.

    @airtelindia is such an unreliable service. horrendous speeds, frequent outages, high prices for BSNL standards. I've had 4 ****** outages in the last 6 days. The internet is still out from last night. SWITCH TO JIO.
