@airtelindia you celebrate 5G rollout, and I am running from pillar to post to restore by Internet connection for the past 27 days. Mail sent by your zonal office Ahmd remains unanswered. Converting Copper to Fibreline takes a month to complete. Unbelievable service promptness.

Airtel Thanks App is a total waste @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia,been trying to reach the customer care, to change my postpaid to prepaid service, I couldn't register a complaint anywhere. I couldn't get the location of airtel stores too, all I keep listening to is recordings.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what is going on? I’ve recharged my DTH account and yet I don’t see the recharge amount. I check with customer care and they have no clues and reply rudely to me. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
