    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia every other day u r engineers visit my place to repair somebody else's network and disconnect mine... This is a issue of every month....do I get u r internet service free r u guys paying my bills ...that u r levied to disconnect any time

    @airtelindia I wished to port my number to Airtel. For that I raised a request through your online portal On 1st November. One of your customer agent call me and said that they will come to my address on 3rd November. But till now I haven’t received any updates.

    So much pain & trouble just to update an email id in @airtelindia system. The gallery people in Thane are hopeless. They say it will take 3-4 working days and if it doesn’t happen you will have to convert to postpaid. Is this a Sales thing ?
