    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for today, but the technician never came and didn’t answer calls. Now it has been pushed by 2 days, and the new technician is also not answering. Please escalate and arrange installation today. Account number: 20052055343

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint CAGPS3WST20260529812069 is showing as "completed" in Airtel Thanks app even though the network issue still exists. Calls drop, indoor signal is weak and internet remains unusable. Why was the complaint closed without resolution?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI I told the Airtel executive that I do not receive any Airtel signals at my home and asked him to resolve the issue,he is telling me that my network issue will only be resolved if I switch from Prepaid to Postpaid. Pls resolve the issue
