The @airtelindia executive was of no help. Repeated the same script of taking out sim, switching phone again --tried that thrice-- but it still didn't work. My wife insisted on speaking to supervisor. After a prolong waiting, she finally spoke to him.

@airtelindia I am tired of complaining again and again about my broadband service. It hardly works. I switched to Airtel thinking of getting good speed and connectivity but made the worst decision.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Same issue which I was waiting now faced by me..all of the sudden my mobile network is gone and now I know what I will be suggested to get a new SIM by paying which is now new way of earning. I will port to Vodafone if SIM is not given free

@airtelindia I'll never recommend to use Airtel broadband. Pathetic service, careless customer care and hopeless nodal officer. Don't get fooled by their advt. regarding customer service and priority customers. Disconnecting all my services.
