    @airtelindia I have using Airtel for last 12 years as a postpaid user last week last week I changed the pla now my speed is less than 2g that is how I low you ca stoop despite being a customer for so long and why I am not able to remove google cloud charges

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service Request No. 31-1000014174579, dated 08/06/2026. It is the third day that Wi-Fi is hasn’t been working. Nobody has contacted till now. What a pathetic service, I have experienced.

    Hi Airtel, when I initially checked my device readiness, Priority Postpaid was enabled on my Airtel postpaid number. However, after checking again, it's now showing "Phone not ready" and says my device doesn't support the required software. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 running the latest Android 16, and 5G SA/Network Slicing are already enabled on my number. Could you please clarify why this status has changed and help resolve the issue? @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @montibht @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am also having the same issue. After converting to "Priority Postpaid" getting worse speeds than Prepaid 5G and even normal 4G speeds. Download speeds are less than 10 mbps and upload is 1 mbps. Getting worse after the conversion!

    @airtelindia @TRAI the worst ever internet service provide in India is Airtel. Taking customers for granted. 30 days ke paise lo aur 25 days ka internet do. Ek saal mein 2 months ke paise sidhe profit. #nagpur #airtel
