    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence raised request for IPTV, disconnected dish TV as it was promised that within 48 hours, connection will be done, called multiple time to customer care and no proper solution all I get the response is technician will call you, such a pathetic service

    The worst customer care in india is @airtelindia , the sales guys when asked to shift my connection to a new location, he asked me to get a new connection. And he assured me to disconnect my old one. But he didn’t. I made a double payment when asked he said:

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia Airtel is anti indian & always against the Indian government & policies.. they don't play fair game. Is this not discrimination between post paid and prepaid. If prepaid customers are not able to get digital service, then our digital India dream will be shattered.
