    @airtelindia Pathetic service from Airtel. Totally fraud and irresponsible. No mechanism for customer grievance redressal. I have tried to communicate with Airtel through emails, in 198, raising complaints through the chat box in their app, through Twitter but no help.

    @airtelindia its been 4 days now, my 5g is not working. Previously it worked fine at the current location. My roommates also have airtel sims and are facing the same problem. Also no way to talk to customer support. Worst customer experience ever.

    @Airtel_Presence Another update: No callback or resolution from Airtel even after repeated calls, DMs, and public escalation. They only repeat that “their logs show I opted for it” while avoiding questions about consent and OTP contradictions. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Airtel’s customer care is a complete joke. An issue with internet was raised 4 days ago. Resolution was promised in 24hours, then additional 24 hrs then another 24 hrs ultimately they marked my ticket complete without even a hint.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews From Last 2.5 Months My services were disrupted. Same thing has been accepted by a number of executives. Still I got charged. Now my bills have increased. Without giving service raising the bill is justified?
