    @airtelindia My broadband is not working since 7 oct. Have called cust care 7-8 times. Everytime 48 hrs time is given and my service request gets closed. No technician visited my home yet and didn't even call. Highly unpleasant experience. Kindly look into it urgently.

    @airtelindia Hi actually i bought airtel dsl fibre xstream broadband 2 months ago and due to technical and other line problems in my area the internet couldnt work so the connection was terminated but the refund of 4500 rs is due to be paid back to me but i didnt got till date

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - it seems you don't care at all - Service Request No 137861472 is open for more than a week & despite my regular follow-up, you guys have not budged an inch! You have disabled my Static IP & due to which my business in incurring loss everyday!
