    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I just raised request to close my 002 account but all my dth connection has been suspended even recharge done 2 times no clue with customer care team totally useless I ll close all my accounts will switch to another dth immediate effect

    @airtelindia I am in Bhutan with your International roaming pack of 2999. Let me tell you, you have the worst service. The data doesn't work and whole pack is a scam!

    @MaazMz @airtelindia Vi is much better than airtel, even me too faced this issue in Airtel, so I changed. My 1gb 5g data used to get exhaust within 5 mins in airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My SIM had no signal, so I visited your service center. There, I was forced to convert my prepaid SIM to postpaid and was told that it would not work on prepaid. What kind of new way is this to loot customers? Bhai ye lootne ka tarika bna liya hai

    @JioCare Dear Harsh, opening a ticket every time does not do anything. My so many office colleagues are switching to @airtelindia . For me, 4-5 tickets are already opened. Still no satisfactory resolution. You don't the back story
