    @airtelindia The technician came! After rigorous followup.He billed me rs.3150 for amplifier charges citing weak cable,never an issue in the last few years.Every flat in my complex has an amplifier or is it a compensation scheme for your service provider?Is it under warranty?

    @airtelindia asked for your Wifi connection. Paid a deposit of 1500. Installation POC didn't show up for a week. Cancelled the order but your team keeps delaying the refund. They keep asking me to wait for a call to refund my money? What is this customer experience? HORRIBLE!

    Will never again or recommend anyone for airtel Xtreme wifi. My wifi is off for more than a week there is no one in customer care or anyone to address the issue. Will have close the connection @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.
