    So finally after doing unfruitful complaint to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence regarding fake discount offered to me.. I am being told to physically visit the store for demering the number first from wifi and than wait for 7 days before deactivating my connection...gr8..

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Just useless and hopeless customer service from this company. I've been trying for the past month to disconnect my Airtel AirFiber connection, but they have shown absolutely no concern for my request. Is this really how you treat your customers? I urge everyone to think twice before taking any service from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing. @Airtel_Presence

As shared earlier, International Roaming packs are offered as flat-rate packs and are generally not eligible for a refund once activated and availed.     Dear @airtelindia, My Wi-Fi installation slot was scheduled for 11:30 AM, but no engineer has arrived. The assigned engineer is continuously ignoring both my calls and calls from the nearest Airtel Store as well. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

    @airtelindia I'm extremely disappointed. I recharged with Rs. 3599 plan advertised as Unlimited 5G, but after just 2GB/day my speed is reduced. I'm forced to recharge again.Despite multiple complaints, no one has resolved issue or processed my refund. #Airtel #5G #ConsumerRights

    Wi-Fi Update: There is an issue affecting Airtel Wi-Fi in your area. We know you rely on it every day, we are working to bring it back in the next 5-6 hrs. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been over 6 hours but airtel fiber is not yet back. Whole day has passed.
