    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia internet services are almost down in nearby areas. Most of the time network switch to 2G network and internet services stopped working. Please have a look. Current location is pinned with tweet.

    @airtelindia it’s been 3 days I’ve recharged my Xtreme Fiber (Ac no. 20003236616) recharged again today as discussed with executive but not able to use internet. Called many times to customer care and was promised to resolve issue but no solution provided. Kindly see the issue.

    @JioCare Sir as you promised me that it will be resolve by today,but the day is about to over neither the problem is resolved nor I received any call from your team, iam fully unsatisfied with your service and will recommend others to opt better options like @airtelindia Or @BSNL_UKD

    Just called Airtel broadband customer care and got to know that my internet will not work till 4am in the morning and they can't log complaints also for that. I have not received any updates about this before. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pls help here to resolve this ASAP.

    @airtelindia This is so frustrating. My broadband plan has prime video as a free benefit but airtel app shows as claimed. No help from chat or custcare. Please advise.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I have recently changed my number from other network to Airtel. I'm able to send a SMS from the recently changed Airtel number. But I am unable to receive SMS to the recently changed Airtel number. Could u say a solution to resolve it?

    What is this behaviour @airtelindia. since last two days network is running even better than 2G of 2014. one every 10 days you send information about network maintenance in the area. even in normal days, you have kept the network as nonsense.
