@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia internet services are almost down in nearby areas. Most of the time network switch to 2G network and internet services stopped working. Please have a look. Current location is pinned with tweet.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Jayachandran Nagar , Pallikaranai, Chennai 600100 Internet works only few days in the month, app does not have option to talk to someone. This is frustrating! Have been customer for more than 2 decades. Will move away!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel has a very stupid customer service! For plan switch had to talk at multiple levels and on follow-up with cust suprt am told that there is no actn item pending on my registered number. This bullshit! I think it's time to go for a alt vendor.
