@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's been 18 hours since internet is out for 5 homes here. Your support IVR doesn't allow me to speak to anyone as a case ID has been registered. But, no one has turned up yet. Don't ask me to DM you as I have already done that & there's no reply
