  @airtelindia Improve your service. Have booked Obe Airtel service (No 10101033877779) but IPTV service yet not started even after 5 days. No system of contacting customer service. Chat in Airtel app yielded no result. Pathetic service.

  I had paid wifi booking amount. No installation since 7 days, engineers are telling they are cancelling as already not serviceable. Still no cancellation. Customer care isn't helping either on call. Tried DM to this account, no one is responding. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia cellular network & wifi are worst. Few days back I was planning to move on from airtel.Wifi is frequently not available. Usually taking 5-6 hours to restore making it worst service provider. It is only network where I paying not to get service..disappointing..

  Hi @airtelindia I need help with my new Airtel Wi-Fi connection 21-180805041055. They called me once today and when I called back, they said my order is cancelled. Just like that? Do you work at your convenience/timings or customers?
