    @airtelindia if you are unable to support your infrastructure then please don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

    @Akashpawaar @airtelindia @airtelindia provide better service. You're fibre services is trash it was down 2-3 times last month and now it's down since yesterday. You don't even extend the validity of the plan when outage happens from your side.

    @Airtel_Presence seems to be very busy sending invoices to customer for the services they don't intend to provide. Particularly to the newly coined "SlowLane" 5G service and always out Super Slow Airtel Wifi service... Please do keep up the bad service @airtelindia @airtelnews
