    @airtelindia This is really disappointing 😠 I recharged with an “unlimited” plan, but after 2GB my internet has completely stopped working. Why call it unlimited if it doesn’t work after a limit? Please fix this ASAP or give proper clarity. #Airtel #PoorService

    @airtelindia 3 days no WiFi, zero support, tickets (11028255921) getting closed without fix. Technician says issue from “upper side” & leaves. But billing is on time! Worst experience. @Airtel_Presence kindly look into it

    A full day and half a day today of endless tried to get thru @Airtel_Presence customer service agent. The outdated bot with limited query journey keeps coming back with the same questions and answerz. The customer is truly the joke here!     @airtelindia i want to discontinue my wifi service cause I have got no resolution for more then 4-5 days now and I am getting no support from customer service too tbh I am really done with u guys I will discontinue all the service and port the sim and wifi to different services
