    @airtelindia airtel does not care for platinum customer even, debited my paytm account but refused to acknowledge the credit, pay say you speak to airtel and airtel to pay, this is unfortunate.

    @airtelindia has most unacceptable customer service. Our broadband is down past 3 days. Every time we call, there are giving a template response saying “The team is working on it and it will resolved within few hrs” since day1.what a disappointment! Wonder who is incharge ?
