    @airtelindia my Airtel Xtreme is down from 27April 2pm. Complaint 10033978436 is unattended from more than 24 hr. 32+ hrs without internet in WFH era. @Airtel_Presence can you extend the validity by just an hour if we miss the payment???

    Well One solution I am suggesting upgrade my plan to 6 month and take remaining payment. Good for both of us. I am open for other solutions. Thanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and please train your agent NOT TO dupe and degrade the name of company.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Customer agent121 telling me I have to pay to use my services and nothing can be done. Then I requested and suggested as I was duped your agent, why would I suffer. Why would someone choose this plan? wouldnt I choose 6 month plan.

    @JioCare Everything must be in your system,when I requested for relocation and how many days I have been waiting for relocation. I will take @airtelindia xtream fiber connection as they are faster in problem solving.

    Nobody response provide network in our Aria but why @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we suffering a lot in the ward no 9, East tongi Bari,Rata Bari, KarimganjAssam, kindly action against those responsible operate systems, hopefully Resolve this issue ASAP @DcKarimganj
