  @airtelindia This is really disappointing 😠 I recharged with an “unlimited” plan, but after 2GB my internet has completely stopped working. Why call it unlimited if it doesn’t work after a limit? Please fix this ASAP or give proper clarity. #Airtel #PoorService

  @airtelindia really sorry to be your customer. Real pain you feel when try to connect with customer care. I have paid for wifi connection but cancel my order. Now for refund not getting any response. Does this became regular for you? After taking others money stay quiet.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my AirFiber has been down since yesterday. Your customer care is unreachable due to "system upgrades" and the app chatbot is useless for actual technical issues. I’m forced to pay for a backup service,how do you plan to compensate me for this.

  @airtelindia Do you have any sense of responsibility or shame? Why are you even running a WiFi service if you don’t have the capability to provide timely support? You’re taking customers’ hard-earned money so casually, as if it means nothing. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
