    hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I mistakenly recharged the wrong Airtel DTH account with ₹556 via Google Pay. Both DTH IDs are linked to the same registered number (my father’s). Kindly help transfer the balance to the correct DTH ID. Transaction ID available. Please assist

    Airtel WiFi not working from 20/04/2025 complaint raised still not even attended the query. Very poor service. Two days completed unable to access WiFi. Repeatedly message coming for rescheduling the agent visit. Pathetic @airtelindia #airtelservice #airtelwifi.

    @airtelindia MF's will charge full month cost and will provide service only for half a month, the DH cannot provide reliable service except stopping the services

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm

    @airtelindia This issue is still not resolved. My 5G unlimited data isn’t working, only my daily 2GB is being used, and the network is stuck on 5G. This is seriously affecting my work. If this isn’t fixed immediately, I will port my number to Jio. @Airtel_Presence
