    @airtelindia Airtel added hidden charges on our bill and looted us in the name of #AirtelBlack. Never added fiber network as they promised. Upon calling them, they saying that we have to pay all charges and the services can only be discontinued after full unknown charges are paid

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia after 24 hours of first raising the complaint, two engineers show up, but without any tools like cutters and screw drivers and they went back again to fetch them! Meanwhile my office work is all pending for want of internet!
