    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there is no network of airtel in our branch obc bank dhariwal. Shifting both prepaid & postpaid connection to vodafone.

    Entire Airtel network just vanished around 4:20 PM today. All SIMs dead, zero signal, zero communication. Yet you charge premium prices for this pathetic service? Get your network together, @airtelindia. 5G is just a joke for Airtel. They are just shameless

    @Airtel5GIndia @airtelindia Pathetic wifi service experienced with airtel. One of the technician visited last week and told that faulty router will be replaced. Continuously following up on this with his manager however he is giving fake commitment everyday. Can you help in this.

    @airtelindia is looting customers in broad daylight now. 13-14 hours of broadband downtime every other day in the name of “maintenance” while charging full amount for service. Internet down since 11 Pm yesterday. I am writing this for the second time here, after receiving no reslution despite writing multiple mails, including to appellate authorities. Pathetic situation in Noonmati, Guwahati – 781020. Airtel Xstream Fiber ID: 036110685939_dsl Fix this immediately and compensate users for the repeated outages. @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago

Your billing will be discontinued from today and the account will be suspended within next 7 days. Any remaining balance in your account will be refunded to you.

    Such a horrible experience I have with @airtelindia as I want to readjust my ott expense in next Billing time period. But airtel ignore it several times and said that it cannot be adjust as already added to cart. Last I have the only option to port to other service providers.
