    😵‍💫Tell me, why would someone recharge three numbers at the same time? If someone has three numbers on the same network, they should be able to keep all three active by recharging just one number. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    A friend raised a service request with @airtelindia to switch from postpaid to Prepaid. Request was raised with a service request number and a resolution time of 48 hours. In those 48 hours, Airtel made probably 50+ calls to the customer and then cancelled the postpaid to prepaid request on its own. The kind of scams telcos like Airtel runs for postpaid customers is why customers have trust issues and people prefer prepaid. Not to forget the efforts customer will have to take to switch back to Prepaid by visiting their gallery and harassment with over 50+ calls by the company again. Terrible.

    @airtelindia I have been trying for weeks to disconnect my Airtel connection as there is no Airtel service to my newly moved place ,but there is no clear way to do it. Despite multiple calls, chats, my requests are not being processed. This is causing unnecessary billing.

    @airtelindia very bad customer service exp. I am on intl roaming, no outgoing since ystrdy, even to Airtel customer care, somehow reached out to Airtel care on what’s app,absolutely useless , the person is taking 5 mins for each response , yet no resolution ,will u refund ?

    @airtelindia are you provide service or simply keeping your customer on hold. I have been on hold for more than 20 mins to connect to your supervisor team. Your 1st office are simply doing nothing. Service request no 11032140583 is pending from morning. Pathetic.
