    @Airtel_Presence Despite DoT grievance & appeal, @airtelindia has refused to adjudicate ₹147 mobile data expense incurred due to broadband outage starting 14 Jan. Grievances closed without addressing monetary claim. Filing Consumer Commission complaint next. Ref: NCH 8621173.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s 48 hours since air fibre connection has been out of service. App diagnostics continues to show 4 hours for resumption even now. Phone call complaints also not working. What’s the problem ?

    @airtelindia , my biggest mistake is convert my sim on postpaid . when i told my complaint to costumer care , every time they will come same reply , "your problem will solved in four hour ." and next in your number get offer. Now it is 24 hours but problem no resolve.
