My airtel sim stopped working suddenly on Friday today i visited to one of your airtel official store situated at ambernath (E). & they charged me for rs 250 to replace the Sim. After I checked charges on internet it shows that Sim replacement is free. Best service @airtelindia

Shocking poor customer care at @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence first you have fraudulently changed my broadband plan without my consent and now despite requesting for > 1 month it has not been changed back. In fact your own customer care told me to use @reliancejio instead.
