Despite repeated complaints, the problem remains unresolved. Paying ₹2500 monthly for such poor service is unacceptable.

Are you blocking the hotspot? I don't want to get stranded or looking for Wifi while on travel. My hotspot usage rarely exceeds 2GB per month.
