    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I am quite pissed with our support agents who are not even able to give me the correct details about my broadband connection. I made a advance payment in Jan for my 999 plan for three months which means Jan-Feb, Feb-march, march-april.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's been 11 days I am waiting. Who is going to pay for this. I had to take a connection from you broadband because of this issue. Now it's renewal time in next one month, how I will renew or recommend anyone if I am not getting service on time.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews for past 1 week trying to convert a nano sim to an esim & no support from customer care, appellate or enterprises team! Do I need to contact the company chairman for this small issue? Customer care or scare? Very poor services support! 😡
