@airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Jayachandran Nagar , Pallikaranai, Chennai 600100 Internet works only few days in the month, app does not have option to talk to someone. This is frustrating! Have been customer for more than 2 decades. Will move away!

@airtelindia you provide one of the wrost service and it is very hard to Talk to your agents I raised ticket multiple time for my Internet it shoes resolved but not resolution given and next time it directs me to same place to raise ticket and it shows ages for resolution

@airtelindia How pathetic customer service it has. No option to talk to an agent. AI customer service is useless. Trying to change to eSIM but profile not coming to device. Is this your bar for customer service. Regretting I ported to Airtel. #ai #chatbot
