@airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

Again the same problem.. as I had mentioned in earlier tweets that the Airtel Xstream fiber at Civil Lines, Prayagraj loses network 6 times every month. The month of July was special as it happened for 10 days (7 days straight).@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia My Airtel Sim Card Got damaged and i called customer care regarding this issue customer care : Person said reach out the nearest AIRTEL store you can buy a duplicate sim for the same number and charge amount is 25 Rs so i went to the nearest store
