Now they are saying their backend team will get back to me around 11am tomorrow. I had lodged the complain on 23/7 at 11:30am! @airtelindia shameful.

Earlier, the same amount of usage would last the entire day, but now the 2 GB gets exhausted within half a day, even though my usage pattern hasn't changed. This feels unfair. Please investigate whether there is an issue with your data usage calculation or network. If this problem is not resolved, I will have no option but to port my number to another service provider. Kindly look into this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible. @airtelindia
