@airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

From last 3 years I'm usin @reliancejio as my celular network experience was pretty fine sometime ther was some issue with voice call, recently i ported to @airtelindia and the experience is pretty horrible. Internet, calls nothing works fine. Just horrible !

@airtelindia i open a complaint, you send an SMS stating someone would call, and someone closes the complaint without any call and i reopen the complaint This merry go round has been going on for 3 days and my internet connection is still erratic. Will i get any resolution soon?

@AAI_Official @airtelindia is it such a challenge to provide an efficient wifi at airports. Despite all the fancy infra, the passenger is the one who gets shortchanged. Am in Kolkata airport where there is no WiFi and 4G doesn’t even support WhatsApp. Shameful don’t you think?
