    @airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

    Planning to change your carrier to @airtelindia ? Don't do it!!! They sweep you in for the all in one place of ₹1999 with additional tax and an Xtreme set up box. In my case, they charged me for the set up box. I raised my concern on 10th November and the issue still persists.

    @airtelindia know the difference in loyal vs. random customer while solving the concerns! In no time a loyal irritated customer can become a random one! Raised a complaint to the Customer care team and the Nodal officer on email and now sending reminders too!!!!
