@airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

@airtelindia What must a person do to talk with your representatives? Why must i entertain a lifeless AI Chatbot that can't and will never understand a Customer? I have been complaining non stop regarding an issue with unlimited 5G, no body is bothered. Why should I renew mypack
