@airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

I fail to understand why is it always easier while opting for a service but the process is never-ending while trying come out of it. Neither @airtelindia App nor customer service (be it 121 or Airtel Store) are able to solve a simple request of unbundle. Seriously Disappointed.
