@airtelindia I have issue with 1st recharge for my converted post2pre numbers.I told them I need to convert to different network but they says like.we convert your num to prepaid.but the first recharge amount is 249 something.for the basic mobile their is an no need of an internet but u guys

@airtelindia By mistake 2 recharge happened for validity recharge as it was showing unsuccessful for the first time. Customer care executive says nothing can be done. The same thing once happened with Vodafone & they reverted the money. Airtel experience is pathetic.
