    @airtelindia is the worst. Its Nonsense AI cannot solve the issue & connecting to the customer care is itself a huge task. Without any info, they hv disabled calls & net with valid recharge till 31/12 in the name of KYC. How my aged parents can visit their store for KYC!!!

    @airtelindia I am raising complaint for wifi internet issue since a long time. Complaints are closed multiple times without any resolution. Everyday I am spending half hour to talk to customer care since many days. No resolution yet. Pathetic service. @TRAI please look into this.

    @airtelindia what kind of 5g you people are proving ..multiple complaints filed no response..dummy network provider ..everytime I called on WhatsApp voice or video there is always unstable network..itna paisa le rahe ho to network to dhang ka provide karo

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi has been giving me constant issues. It keeps disconnecting randomly, and despite having a 30 Mbps plan, I'm only getting around 15 Mbps. I've already tried all the troubleshooting steps. Can you please fix this?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In last 15 days this is 3rd time internet and mobile network is down in Wakad, Pune area. Pathetic service by you guys but you charge full bill. @tataplayfiber can you please DM me with your plans.
