Hey @airtelindia , I have been suffering over your network as the Internet connectivity keeps toggling between 2g and 4g. And since from this morning there is literally no sign of connective signal. Resolve my isse ASAP as I won't mind going for some other operator.

@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

@khushsundar @airtelindia Many brands are just not putting effort for customer service. Earlier I had issues with airtel service so switched to jio there also same thing. Tried amazon, flipkart, goibibo, etc.. customer support is not good.Basically no call centres can replace the direct customer relations

Request people to port there number out from @airtelindia to @reliancejio as for similar issue for which jio took 3 mins to resolve its more than 30 hrs with Airtel and still not solved.. I will pay first 100 users if they port today and retweet this.
