After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

Hey @airtelindia , I have been suffering over your network as the Internet connectivity keeps toggling between 2g and 4g. And since from this morning there is literally no sign of connective signal. Resolve my isse ASAP as I won't mind going for some other operator.

@t_d_h_nair @airtelindia As much as possible I try not to miss an incoming call lest calling back is a herculean task. Has to listen to at least four announcements with call getting cut in between and when connected quality of signal so bad. Jio seems o be better of the lot.
