    Hey @airtelindia , I have been suffering over your network as the Internet connectivity keeps toggling between 2g and 4g. And since from this morning there is literally no sign of connective signal. Resolve my isse ASAP as I won't mind going for some other operator.

    @sanketgujrathi3 @airtelindia Actually, at Pincode 416521 there is zero network my home town, and my businesses are in Goa. There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

    @airtelindia horrible DTH service in Goa. I think it’s time to switch to a different service provider. Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

    @airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

    Extremely sad experience with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to get in touch with custcare exec since 3 days no luck,sim gone down suddenly. no way to communicate as well.posted a DM here,no response on that as well,it seems Airtel has stopped working.

    @airtelindia I am Black member paying around ₹2,500 every month, but the Wi-Fi service I am receiving is extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Despite being a premium customer, the service quality and reliability have been pathetic. Please take this matter serious

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I faced constant drops, so I raised a disconnection request. Your team begged for a "last chance" to fix it, sent technicians, and claimed it was resolved. A week later, you silently suspended my service based on the old request—zero intimation!

    Really bad experience with @airtelindia , being a Airtel black account holder, no proper service,rude customer care, suffer outage of hours and get waiver of 30 Rupees. Really humiliating and worst service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Care Facing WiFi connectivity issues EVERY MONTH without fail in Kundrathur Manikandan Nagar & Mangadu. Reason? Just ONE field engineer covers both areas — even he's overloaded. Poor resource planning, not bad luck. Please fix this urgently! #AirtelWiFi

    @airtelindia my wifi is not working since last 2 days and getting only maintainence messages. What do you think my money spent on these days goes in vain. Even if there is a delay of 1 min you stop working. You should give me some form of bonus on this #ConsumerProtection
