@sanketgujrathi3 @airtelindia Actually, at Pincode 416521 there is zero network my home town, and my businesses are in Goa. There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

Unethical practice by @airtelindia . They charge ₹50 for sim replacement but unable to provide the payment receipt when asked for. Moreover if a sim stops working within a year of previous replacement a customer shouldn’t be charged.
