@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

@airtelindia SIM card stopped working abruptly, after 20 days I managed to get a new sim and it just won't activate. Airtel, even Vodafone seems like a better option now. Worst customer experience @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

Worst service and customer support by @airtelindia @Airtel. Almost nil network coverage since jun 2021 on 4 of my postpaid connections. Made several complains, but every time they ask for 14 days and later @airtel drop a sms in 10 - 12 days that your complain has been closed.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet not working for last 2 weeks paying through the nose for 200 mbps connection. Your staff comes, checks says router needs to be changed and goes. Airtel needs to change the router it is not my property. Pls sort it out or I will have move.
