There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Pritam Dey (@pritamdey01) reported@airtelindia @airtelindia Please fix this! I’m on a 5G Unlimited plan, but my daily 3GB data is being deducted even with 5G+ coverage, and data stops after 3GB. I recharged today (29 Aug) and haven’t even used 4GB, nor exhausted the 300GB 5G limit. Please resolve this.
