Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Customer care calls result in 12-19 minutes of hold time with no resolution. The mobile app is so confusing that one needs exceptional patience ( or 780 IQ levels ) just to file a complaint. Worse, any disconnection request leads to repeated follow-up calls that feel more like harassment than service. This level of customer experience is unacceptable for a leading telecom provider. Kindly look into streamlining these processes and improving support. #Airtel #CustomerService #SunilMittal
