Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

I am paying for a 100 Mbps Fiber connection, but the actual speed I'm receiving is barely around 20 Mbps. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
