  @airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

  @airtelindia horrible DTH service in Goa. I think it’s time to switch to a different service provider. Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the handling of my Airtel Black account. I requested shifting of DTH + broadband from Noida to Lucknow on 27 July. Airtel failed to shift/install the services despite repeated follow-ups. Around 5–8 Aug, I repeatedly asked Airtel to CANCEL the shifting request and DISBUNDLE/STOP only DTH & broadband while keeping my 4 mobile connections active. Shockingly, as late as 17 Aug, an Airtel executive was still calling me about the old shifting request. Now I have been billed for DTH/broadband services I did not use and had repeatedly asked Airtel to discontinue. This is a formal billing dispute. Please close the pending shifting request, disbundle DTH/broadband, reverse the wrongful charges and retain my 4 mobile connections. I have also escalated this in writing.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet is working from last 10 days and same issue I faced in last month as well. Service request:- 11038287160 No assigned engineer is coming to check the issue and when I call them they say I do not check this area. Please look into this.

  @airtelindia What kind of bullshit customer service is this? I added Airtel’s UPS backup to my Wi-Fi ~1.5 months ago specifically so I could keep working during power cuts. Now whenever the electricity goes off, the Wi-Fi ALSO goes off. The UPS has power, but apparently it isn’t providing backup to the Wi-Fi. I have raised this complaint 5–6 times. Every single time: complaint registered → technician calls → NO VISIT, NO FIX, NOTHING. Then I raise another complaint and your team simply repeats the same script: “We have registered a new request, technician will visit.” How many times am I supposed to repeat the same problem? If you are selling/providing UPS backup with your broadband, your technicians should at least know how the backup system is supposed to work. I need this properly investigated and fixed, not another meaningless complaint number. Please escalate this to someone who actually understands the UPS/broadband setup. Airtel Service Request history can verify how many times I’ve complained. Please stop wasting my time.

  @TRAI Yes it is affecting a lot. @airtelindia is the worst telecom operator ever. Charges huge amount and service is 0. Out of 30 days in a month, more than 15 days we get with worst internet speed and netwrok service. And the worst part, company doesn’t even care to solve it.

  @airtelindia Airtel Black customer, being charged ₹360 for last few months for additional DTH channels. Cust care is unable to provide details who authorised it nor ready to correct. Not using DTH for last 4 years but paying due to Bundled plan. What’s the solution? No one cares

  @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Support fixes it temporarily, but the same issue returns after a few hours. Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers. #BheedMeinBhiSpeed 🙄
