    @reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ever heard of a concept of team and handover of issues? Funny how a communcation firm has employees who dont even talk to each other when handling customer issues. Every time a new staff and same cycle of ‘we will check and come back’. @VittalGopal

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the network in Mahabaleshwar is so freaking bad! Barely any 4g & barely any internet access we get. Also, the network on the Mahad- Mahabaleshwar highway and the Mahabaleshwar- tapola road is just not there. Ths being tourist hub, it’s disappointing
