    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Nothing happen yet still we are facing network problems. Surprise got received SMS that complain have been resolved. What a foolish system closing my complain without resolving issues. Not worthy to recharge or pay bills

    @reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

    @airtelindia shifting of connection requests is pending for more than a week. Shifting to three streets away is not possible by @airtelindia . Pls look into it or otherwise cancel my connection. I will order new wifi from jio.

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its been 8 hrs since internet connectivity stipped and user interface of your airtel app doesnt allow to register a service request or a complaint. Bravo! for deploying AI chatbots . So much for trusting you. "With great network, comes great accountability."

    Disappointed with @airtelindia service. Paid ₹1500 on 17 June for a WiFi + TV plan. WiFi was installed on 18 June, but the Set Top Box is still pending. Multiple follow-ups with the Kasba Nabapally Airtel store have resulted in no resolution. Need immediate assistance. #airtel

    dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i m facing network issues on my postpaid number and even calls n not connecting. have raised a complaint yest but no response from your team. can someone kindly look into the matter urgently
