@reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Nothing happen yet still we are facing network problems. Surprise got received SMS that complain have been resolved. What a foolish system closing my complain without resolving issues. Not worthy to recharge or pay bills

@airtelindia Why do you have such High differentiatial pricing for postpaid vs prepaid customers. Prepaid customer can avail a 10day IR package at 799 while a postpaid customer has to shell 2998!!

@airtelindia Till last week I had option to have additional (25/50 GB) data with validity till current mandatory recharge, but it is now showing only 30 days of validity 🤨. Could you please tell me the issue with previous validity for data topup and why we stopped offering same?
