@reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Nothing happen yet still we are facing network problems. Surprise got received SMS that complain have been resolved. What a foolish system closing my complain without resolving issues. Not worthy to recharge or pay bills

Dear @airtelindia pathetic customer service. My fiber services (service request 10166874934) have been down since Saturday night. Issue still not resolved. The assigned service engineer Ravi is non responsive and when at all he does respond he is extremely rude. @Airtel_Presence
