    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Nothing happen yet still we are facing network problems. Surprise got received SMS that complain have been resolved. What a foolish system closing my complain without resolving issues. Not worthy to recharge or pay bills

    @reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

    Been an airtel user for ages, and I feel one thing they were very good at was service, which is pathetic now. They will keep you in loop for days to not act upon your request. Please dont choice airtel broadband. @airtelindia @Airtel_Services

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I had recharged my prepaid number on 26/07/2026 than also all services was stopped, unable to connect with customer care as IVRS & bot have only one answer plan is expired, can't set up call centers where directly talk & clarify the issue

    Kindly treat this as an urgent request and temporarily block/suspend the Airtel SIM associated with the lost phone to prevent any unauthorized use. Please let us know the next steps required for obtaining a duplicate SIM. Thank you. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Over 24 hours without @airtelindia Wi-Fi, and customer support keeps pushing restoration to 5 PM with no proper response or accountability. This is unacceptable. I'm switching to @JioCare . Please collect your Airtel Wi-Fi router. Customers deserve better service. #AirtelDown

    Dear @AirtelIndia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence, Internet has been unusable since morning. Signal is visible, but speed feels like 50–60 kbps. Complaint already raised on the Airtel Thanks app (SR: C5PTD3DEL20260801587126), yet no resolution provided. Please fix this urgently.
