Everyday I'm talking to a new #customercare person and he/she promising me to fix issue in 2-3 hours. But no resolution till date. I also got area manager's (Harindar) number but he's also not responsible for his duties, making false commitments. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to understand the purpose of your customer care. Call doesn't connect to the concerned team to share the exact issue. The IVR is designed purposefully to disconnect the call for every number we press. If a ticket is created no one reaches us.
