    @Airtel_Presence I just received a call from one of the executives of airtel who said we had received a complaint yesterday only, but I can see that I have raised concern long back, and when I asked him that when will this issue get resolved, he immediately hung up the call @airtelindia 🤔

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst experience with Airtel AirFiber. This is NOT the first time — it has happened many times before. Now it’s been 12 days without proper WiFi. I have been calling customer care daily for the last 10 days, and still no technician has visited or fixed the issue. Such irresponsible and unreliable service. I strongly suggest people think twice before taking this connection.

    @hello_pkp @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Many years back, I complained to nodal officer or something like that, I pursued it too long, They said it will take some years to fix the network in your area, Today I assume it's 7 years, still we are at square one, no internet 🙏🏻🤷🏻
