Is there anyone who is facing issue with sim provider of any company whose sim card is deactivated by saying the documents are not valid after 9 years of usage. I faced this since 8 Nov 21 with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence stating that it is directed by @TRAI .

Pathetic Support By @airtelindia Raised Service request No. 10000829580 on 1st Nov '21 regarding non working internet but it has been 10 days and no resolution yet by the airtel team Hence i signed up for @reliancejio Fiber Broadband and now dont need pathetic airtel service.

Finally after waiting for more than 2 years for @airtelindia to upgrade broadband speed from 16 Mbps planning to move to @reliancejio or another service provider as @airtelindia failed to provide higher speed

@airtelindia I am your customer since last 60 days and now I am fed up with your services. Data balance exhausted> I redeemed coupon worth 1gb data I restarted my phone because even redeeming coupon not able to use internet I restarted my phone couldn't see data balance /1
