  Horrible experience with @airtelindia. I applied for IPTV connection on 4th May, paid deposit, on 6th I got a call that the request was raised for DTH not iptv. He said he's cancelling this. After multiple follow ups and complains it took 20 days for the cancelation to go through

  My wifi Internet down since yesterday evening and this outage issue happens 2-3 times every month. Worst part is Airtel app/customer care won’t even allow complaint registration due to “area outage”. Extremely poor service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your team has put WiFi in safe custody with 90 days free period, but now sending bill for safe custody charges - including DTH. Pathetic experience from customer service. No email id to contact, no other way to connect w/o waiting 20 min on call.

  dear sir @airtelindia is a scam. If you send a message for new SIM they will call in 10 minutes. But if you raise a service request, it will never be attended.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence OrderID : A9AF8J6Q9KT Nobody has come for installation yet . I have made the payment yesterday considering same day installation service from Airtel . But it’s not been done yet . Please expedite and do the needful.
