    @airtelindia Right now I am on call with one of the @airtelindia customer care executive he asked to put me on hold for 2 minutes but now it has been 13 minutes but no one is answering. Being an @airtelindia black customer I was thinking that now they’ll understand the problem.

    @airtelindia we are facing a very bad network issue at my location and there has not been any resolution to the complaint raised through the Airtel app. Everytime I receive a call I will have to walk outdoor to get clear signal. Whom should I further raise the issue with ???
