My request is humorous. That during this calamity, INCOMING service should be kept running, eliminating the obligation of minimum recharge in all SIM CARDS, so that the SIM is not closed to anyone. @narendramodi @TRAI @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @Idea @reliancejio @BSNLCorporate
